Please, please, please tell me they're not actually recasting Blackie with Ronn Moss just to stick it to John Stamos.

It's not like what Stamos was asking for was some major undertaking - they've done more for worse. I think all he wanted was to do a few days' worth of work (which, knowing FV, would be one day of taping) with some little subplot that would probably take up three or four days of spaced out appearances. He just wanted to do something more substantive for the anniversary than play drums for Rick Springfield, or pose with Demi Moore to reheat an old gimmick - "stars back! and they're together!" - that even Judith Light and Tony Call apparently weren't up for at the end of OLTL (when Ron wanted to have Karen Wolek and Herb Callison return married for no apparent reason - it's funny, see, because he was the one who grilled her on the witness stand!). It wasn't some big deal. He challenged them on their claims, Ron got mad, they got into a twitter scuffle - Ron showed his ass. And now they want to react by spitefully recasting his role with Ronn Moss, living talk show joke? (And don't think they're not aware Moss is a joke - that's the whole point of his appearing at all.) Why?

They can't actually be doing that. It's so juvenile and bitchy and it has nothing to do with anything onscreen. I'll believe it when I see it. Like most things on this show over the last year.

Soapsuds

I'm just hoping that Tracy will look better in the end. She's always been one of my favs, she's so stupid in this story I'm actually getting misty eyed and fair Elizabeth is looking stupid too with Ric Lansing so I can't catch a break; today was a hard watch I really tuned in just to see Ned. Last year I didn't watch the ball, since I'm bailing when Nina comes I'm trying to hang in a minute until then.

Tracy would never be this stupid. The little children on the show can see through Fake Luke, a.k.a. Bill, a.k.a. Old Mr. Witherbee the Carnival Owner from miles away. I put up with a lot of stuff when it comes to prideful divas on soaps who can't see past their own [!@#$%^&*], but in this case Tracy is another story - she would never fall for this.

When he was on there in the 90's it was always so cringey, as he was trying so hard to show how "edgy" he was with his Robert Palmer background dancers and his baggy-ass leather pants. He would rasp and growl and I would cringe.

As for Tony, he won an Emmy for his...singing. I couldn't find the clip online, thankfully.

I think tracy is pulling a fast one on fauxLuke. Maybe she put all her ELQ asset into a trust fund that only both ned and dillon can access so that when Luke turns around and try to steal ELQ he wont be able to.

But if she isnt and she is genuinely fooled by fauxLuke i can rationalize it by thinking that Tracy is finally in a place in her life where she feels entitled to have good things happening to her hence she refuses to aknowledge the red flags

So this Eddie Maine thing is a Ned creation or what? And was the girl he was singing with and the one he kissed his wife in real life or something?

Forgot to mention how much better Nathan looks without facial hair. And I'd be lying if I said I wasn't digging him and Maxie. They're sweet. I wish Bruce Jenner would go away though, good god.

In the mid-90s, Ned went on a trip or something and ran into Lois, and he went by Eddie Maine. That's who she fell in love with. It's also one of the reasons why they split, as she eventually realized she could never love Ned Ashton.

I just loved Ned back then, mostly Ned and Lois but also Ned and Alexis, his friendships with Jax, Brenda, etc. (although a lot of that "poor put-upon Ned and his family" material kind of grates today) and I always love Wally Kurth, and I wish he would be back on the show on a regular basis. But even back then I never bought Ned as some rock star. I mean, they kept this going into the late '90s, with Riche and Guza, and I was a teenager listening to actual popular music, and it was like, really? Ned is on a world tour? Ned is a major rock star in 1998, mobbed by the press at his wedding to Alexis? Really? Wally Kurth?

The best/worst thing about these events is how mortified and uncomfortable the beautiful Chad Duell always looks as he's made to strip down and shake his goods for the gay gaze like the girl in Fame. Like the other day - 'hey, Chad, just put these on and dance in front of the TV! No, there's a plot reason!' I feel bad for him, yet I also do not care. I am part of the problem, America.

Britt looked stunning for sure!

Faux Luke.............no words.

Not for nothing, I know Tequan is old enough, but TJ is still in high school.....should he be stripping down? "Take it off TJ" yelled Molly[smh].

Det. Woodcock looking fine!!!!!!!!!!! Where's the acting coach?

Maxie looked fantastic> Bruce Jenner..........lose the sandals.

Love seeing Piph, even in the background.

Obrecht glaring in the background......priceless.
