I wish they would stop writing Eric like an idiot. He is edging around Brady territory. Daniel is helping him to make amends about Teresa? Daniel has been helping him with this LONG before Teresa's current incident

I cant believe EJ was so trusting of Stefano in their convo. He will be the one to expose him to Sami to break them up. But what the hell were they talking about in terms of EJ knowing what Kristen did to Eric? EJ only found out about it like 2 hours before the wedding. I hate how the show Is trying to play it off like he knew all along.

They are writing Eric as Roman Brady's son, which unfortunately he is. Nicole hit it on the nail when she said he had no faith. It's ironic that a man of uhmmm faith has so little. It might as well be up in neon lights that he is unqualified to be a priest since he doesn't even grasp, on a personal level, the tenets of his own religion.

Gabi needs to be bitschslapped to pull it together.

I know it is heresy to say, but I don't mind Daniel as a supporting character to others like he was this week. I really like Jennifer as a mother to JJ and Abigail. Put Daniel and Jennifer together plus the incessant pimping and I loose the will to live.

I kind of like where Sami and EJ are right now with their limited interaction and Sami with other things on her plate.

Brady confirms once again that his stupidity goes beyond his choice of women, but I am quite keen to see where they go with his unravelling.

Chandler Massey acts all his scenes as a blind man - would it kill him to make eye contact evey now and then, or just even look in his screen partner's direction?

Chem testing EJ and Abigail doesn't make a lick of sense to me. Abigail should never be interested in EJ given what she knows of him.

I'm fascinated by Theresa - I think she is sincere, but reform may be too big for her to tackle in such a large chunk.

More Jordan and her secrets, less Jordan and Rafe please!

Lauren Koslow hands down best actress and Kate most entertaining character this week.

Theresa is so damn boring now. She needs to go snort coke in the middle of the Kiriakis living room with Brady or something.

This week was pretty slow moving... the dialogue was good - but story was slow. Overall, Days is good. But hearing all this buzz about GH makes me want to tell Days to step it up.

1) Continued to have good character interaction this week.. Theresa blowing off Anne at Dan's hospital board committee thing was good! Will/EJ and Will/JJ scenes were good interaction too! And you all know that I LOVE seeing this much T!!!

2) I love that Theo found Sami's earring! I hope to see alot more of Theo in this storyline. I would love to see Sami begging "innocent" Theo for her earring back and she just can't seem to outsmart the kid genius!

3) I don't comment on wardrobe/hair often... but Kayla's hair looked very good earlier in the week!

4) So Rafe is FINALLY getting out of the hospital after 7 months!!! Let's please see more of Jordan's mysterious past play out! Kate needs to find out some dirt on her!

5) Salem looks so good decorated for Christmas! Club TBD, The Brady Pub, and especially HTS.. they all look great!

6) Sami and Nicole's fight was really good! Both of them bringing out the other's past all the way back to the 90s! Classic soap!

7) I also am loving Sami & Gabi's Nick "sightings"... BB is such a great actor! Even in just those few seconds he creeps me out!

8) It was so good to see Stefano on Friday!! And I know that set he is on (the formal restaurant) is a small temporary set I'm sure.. but it looks really good! Kudos to Days for putting effort into even small temp. sets.... However, they still need to work on getting rid of the "blue room" set

9) I continue to love the Kate/Sami/Gabi stuff and I LOVE that the bird-watcher showed up!! You can NOT beat Ali Sweeney and Lauren Koslow playing off each other! Please keep it coming Days!

I have to admit, I really like the story with JJ, Taniel, and Jenn right now. Not because I want to see Dannifer reunite (barf), but I really care what happens to JJ. I think also that Eric is onto something about Daniel. Daniel gets this good guy rep because he's always going out of his way to make up for all the stupid [!@#$%^&*] he does. I'm starting to see it as less the writing making him, as Victor puts it, Salem's own Dudley Do-Right, and more a compulsive need to overcompensate for his occasional sleaziness.

Also, I am SURE now that Theresa is nowhere near as honest in her attempts to change as she's letting on. I think she's playing it very close to her chest and waiting until people actually buy her good girl act before we'll see the real her pop out again. Definitely not defanged, but much much smarter than people give her credit for.

Kate/Sami/Gabi were brilliant as always. This story's the one that really is making me want to keep watching post-Kristen. They're killing it and even on slower weeks like this one, I'm still really loving each episode, Jen and Daniel and all. Though I admit, I really do hope this Liam guy is going to be in Jen's orbit. I can't handle another round of Dannifer reunion sex. I'm amazed his self-tanning lotion doesn't come off all over Jen's skin during those scenes. Awful.

I've only caught up till Monday, but I think it's become crystal clear that Alison Sweeney is fantastic at comedy (which is somewhat unfortunate considering DAYS mostly gives her super dramatic stuff to play). She has a gift for it. When DAYS is canceled/if she leaves, she would do wonderfully in a great sitcom role. I died last week at "I am not a doctor!" and on Monday with her "Hi Abe, hi Theo. Bye." She has great timing.

Bringing her and Kate together and involving them in Nick's death is another great A story. The show has been flawlessly going from central storyline to central storyline, not even missing a beat, and you can tell how effective long-term planning can be. Everything is set up properly and most beats are played. Only downside is that this forces Gabi into more story, which is hard to watch, but they seem to be letting Kate and Sami carry most of it so far.

I hope they find a way to keep JJ and Theresa as trouble makers, without going too far.

Yaaaassssss! I was laughing my damn head off during these Theresa/JJ scenes. It was a really nice twist that she'd been faking losing her memories of the night and I love that she's doing all of this to get revenge on Jennifer. Very nicely done.

Props to Jen Lilley - I thought Theresa was genuine in her wanting to reform, but was daunted by what that entailed. Meanwhile girl was playing everyone. Seriously impressive.
