I have worked with numerous actors (mainly in the theater, I admit) who are down to earth people who just happen to act. You can find loopy people in every profession and walk of life, if you scrutinize long enough. She may have some perspective now and see what Phillips was up against and how a woman had to be that way to get the suits to deal with her. It could be half admiring, half laughing at it all now as in "Geez, Irna was a pain in the ass back in the day wasnt she??" For some reason I read it as Prinz kind of laughing about it now. I thought it was interesting that ATWT was on when interrupted by the JFK news. It sounded like it was done live then, with the bit about not telling the actors.
