Another reboot? Dear lord, why?

This looks utterly, utterly horrible

 

 

Why do they keep remaking and ruining classic series ? It comes across as running out of ideas or people in the industry living out their childhood fantasies by doing remakes. Tom Selleck will always be Magnum. 

 

Next they will dust off Matt Houston and remake it. They already did CHIPS with that stupid movie that made fun of the original. 

Some shows I could see redoing.. but why Magnum P.I?

I just saw a clip of Tom on ET talking about if Magnum was rebooted, and said not to be egotistical, but maybe people won't accept anyone but him in the role. So true IMO
