I LOVE Mara Wilson. Is anybody else here a fan of ThatGuyWithTheGlasses.com/Channel Awesomr/Nostalgia Critic? (Or Nostalgia Chick, or Todd In the Shadows, my two other favorites?) Doug Walker, in his Nostalgia Critic character reviewed two Mara Wilson movies last year, and at the emd of the second one, well, this happened (skip ahead if you don't want it spoiled):

OMG, now she is going after Lance Bass

I ignored Lance Bass on twitter and now he is saying I have a mental illness. Sorry you're an ugly ex boy band member w/ no talent or career
— Amanda Bynes (@AmandaBynes) May 30, 2013

can someone do her a favor and cancel her Twitter account?

What I find the most disgusting about all this is the people on Twitter fueling Amanda's warped ego & saying the media/anyone who hates on her is "crazy" and "needs help." It makes me extremely sad/angry when I see those kind of retweets on her timeline. Everyone knows DAMN WELL this girl is not well at all, and anyone who's publically saying otherwise should be ashamed. JMHO. "@AmandaBynes I LOVE YOU!! YOUR NOT CRAZY! F THE HATERS!!1111!!!1" "@AmandaBynes gives me life" "Leave her alone!!" rolleyes.gif I can't f-cking deal!

I saw a tweet from her on TV and I was wondering who she was talking about calling a former boy band member ugly and dissing his career but I never looked up when they rolled the name... now I'm curious who. I think they said Lance Bass (I believe) offered his support so I wonder if she was talking about him.

    • Today was amazing, for so many reasons. Others have complained certain stories are dragging and others have rightly pointed out, the show only premiered THREE MONTHS AGO! Yes, the caps are dramatic, but I think they seize the moment appropriately. I have watched more than a few soap opera debuts. BTG, is by far, the best, first three months of a show, I have ever seen. MVJ, rightly, found the best in the business to avoid as my pitfalls as they could, to get the show settled quickly. They have found their footing. Is it perfect, no, but is it as close to excellence I've seen this quickly, yes. I loved today's scenes, particularly with Anita. That voice reading the letter, sounded like June

      to me.
    • GH has to be the only soap that still has a courtroom set and I appreciate that as I love courtroom drama on soaps.
    • Ahh ok, that makes sense. Gosh, I didn't remember Frances passing in 1994. I thought she was with us longer than that. She was such a sweet lady and character. Yes, so good and I'm so happy there is a quality version online. I looked it up and AMC won the Best Directing Emmy for 1994, so I have to assume they submitted these episodes. I'm not sure how to find out to confirm, but would only make sense. I still get chills watching it because I remember it so vividly as a 10 year old. Of course the drama of it all to see what happens to your favorite characters pre-spoiler days, but I grew up in the Midwest so tornadoes were a real, scary thing that. We had monthly tornado drills in school, so this made it seem very real to me.
    • Speaking of slaps, there's the infamous Ed slapping daughter Michelle during the Maryanne Carruthers mess in 2003.

    • Tracy’s tossed-off line to Drew about being out of ketamine made me LOL. I feel like some funny gay guy is writing her one-liners lately.
    • Yes, I am aware of the ballyhoo about Michigan. But, I still do not understand & I will endeavor to explain why. Do some of us think it was a real place in Michigan, because not thing ever gave me such an idea. I thought we all knew it was a fictional location & I am positive that Irna meant it to be just that.
    • It has come up in this thread before that early on it was specified that Another World was set in Bay City, Michigan, but somewhere along the line the references shifted to Illinois-ish. I have tried and failed to find any specific clear reference to Michigan, although there have been some circumstantial details that suggest Bay City is not in Illinois. i notice that the AW Bible begins by describing the location as simply "not far from Oakdale", but things do change (the bible calls Pat Cynthia) and we can't take that as pure canon.
    • At this point (and I've changed my tune several times), I'd fully rest the Cassadine family at this point.
