I heard Melissa Ordway(Chloe Carter, Hollywood Heights) mentioned. I wouldn't be suprised if they approached her.

Mauzy is 24. That's pretty much exactly the age Abby is supposed to be.

Wow I guess there's some truth to this whole "Friends of Jill" thing that yall have been talking about ever since she was hired at Y&R.

I think this is as much "Friends of Sony" as it is FOJ. Sony made Hollywood Heights and owns part of Y&R.

I'm sorry they aren't going to de-age Abby, but I will give this new actress a chance. I wasn't fond of Rylan in the part.

I did laugh that when I put her name into Google one of the possible results was "Melissa Ordway feet."

There really is no need for Abby. She is a useless character...she adds nothing to the show.

Yes it was from the start meant to be short term. I heard it's playing in Austrailia right now so it's going around the international market.

The next recast announcement needs to be for a recast of Kyle.

I watched it thinking "oh yay! new soap!" But, it was terrible.
