Aw haha

OMG Liz looks so good. And I love that the show described her as "smart and beautiful." Haven't heard her described positively in YEARS!

I think Ellie being part of solving the mystery of the relish might draw Michael and Ellie together in Starr's absence (if she even comes back period). LOVE.

Don't you remember. I called dibs for you back in January

This relish story is so stupid. Anyone else roll their eyes at Starr now being this science genius who can crack the formula? And they go and use a hospital lab to do their testing? SMH

Rolling my eyes at Frisco throwing Spinelli shade. Don't like Spinelli but loved him calling the deadbeat out on being just that....a deadbeat

WTF? Frisco broke Britt's leg? Can we get rid of this thug

Like I said before the framing Sabrina was stupid bc the cause of death was never the drugs.

WTF is Olivia in a full gown in a hospital room? Talk about doing too much.

Not big on JT but man he looked good in this shot

The budding Michael Q / AJQ relationship is one of the best things that Ron has done for this show, as well as for the Michael character since I never thought that I'd ever tolerate - let alone like - him.

As much as I'll always loathe the fact that my AJ was robbed of the opportunity to raise his son from a boy to a man, I'm starting to see the silver lining of them getting to know one another as adults (albeit young adult to middle-aged adult) because they're building a mutual respect for one another that I've never seen between Michael Q and his kidnapper.

Another plus is that he's no longer trying to be a gummy-bear wanksta to garner Sonny's "respect" because he's already getting it (as well as a genuine interest in his opinion) from his actual father.

Oh I definitely rolled my eyes so hard I thought I popped something. I hate me some KA but at least they're reverting Starr somewhat from a pop princess although Jesus, I better not jinx it!

LOL I love anyone tormenting the Brittch! That said, him sharing the majority of his scenes with a random newbie is sooo unnecessary and stupid.

    • No, it couldn't have been her. She left early 1983 (with an actor who would become her husband, and still is, as far as I know). Other names from the era would be Shelly Burch (Delilah), Brynn Thayer (Jenny), and Andrea Evans (Tina). But I doubt any of these were powerful enough to push the eject button on another actress.
    • Madison says Bill is improving but still needs to be in the hospital. Bill comments that he thought the procedures would have made him good as new. Chelsea says to Bill. "She's a doctor, not a miracle worker". LOL at Star Trek reference
    • I remember Neil Wade, and I remember when he died.  But I don't remember what caused his death. I do have a vague memory that he had been ill before his death.
    • @Reverend Ruthledge I sure won't argue one way or the other. The first time I ever laid eyes on Penny was when Douglas Marland brought her back for periodic episodes in the 1980s.  My parents (who'd watched World Turns since Day One) would always get excited when Penny reappeared, and Penny was always the subject of much discussion around our house, lol.   I wish someone who remembered Neil Wade was around to ask, but I don't know of anyone.  I just flipped through that old book Robert Laguardia wrote, and he opined that Jeff Baker had been killed in a car wreck (probably true) and Neil Wade was losing his vision and was struck and killed (which could go right back to the embolism you referred to).
    • Judith Light had already left the show by the time Kim arrived. Janice Lynde did not join the show until after Kim was gone. I don't think those other ladies would have had any sway either.
    • Heads up to those who avoid spoilers - don't watch the closing credits today.
    • This is what AI just told me (haven't audited the response), but gosh I hope it wasn't Judith Light! "In 1983, "One Life to Live" featured several leading ladies.Notable actresses included Phylicia Ayers-Allen as Courtney Wright, Jane Badler as Melinda Cramer, Judith Light as Karen Wolek, and Ellen Holly as Carla Gray. Janice Lynde also joined the cast in 1983 as Laurel Chapin, a character who would later be a central figure in the show."
