Victor will not be the focus nor will be the leading character on OLTL.

Todd won't be much of a focus either since he'll be going back to GH. wacko.png

If Todd isn't on the show then this is a moot point

Actually I think he pretty much will(for as long as he stays on soaps), from what I gathered(IMO) he didn't seem all that interested in returning to OLTL

Interesting article if Disney were to take over ownership of Hulu they want it to be free with paid advertising while news corp wants to keep it subscription based

Victor is not even a challenge for Todd that's the fundamental problem with the Victor character as Todd will have everything (The Sun/Manning Enterprises) and Victor with nothing (Not even Sam). Writers will have a huge challenge fixing Victor but I doubt they will do much with the character and will be forced to write him out.

That was down to RC's one dimensional writing though. He completely neutered Victor and made him and then "killed" him off--there was a lot more IMHO that could have been done with his character realizing what had happened to him--if that's the story they wanted to tell.

Making Hulu Plus (I assume that's what they mean, not just normal already free Hulu?) free might make more sense, simply because Netflix streaming seems to be the direction more people are going--so they could gain subscribers by having a free alternative instead of competing for another pay service.

If we're leading up to Rapist Wars: The Hulu Years, I dread it.

I hope iOLTL will be more than Rapist vs Rapist

#AMC #OLTL fans with news that OLTL Production has been pushed back to March 18th, I forsee the following:

I think AMC is gonna film that week of March 11th. Then OLTL will film four weeks Than AMC back for five & so on . I strongly believe the strategy here is to premiere both shows April 22nd.

When AMC finishes filming on April 19th. They & OLTL will have completed 40 episodes each, which with the Monday thru Thursday schedule gives HULU 10 weeks of episodes to air. #HULU #PP #TOLN

Makes sense to me--isn;'t the plan (as best we know) that that's basically the filming schedule for both shows once they get going? I know the implicationw as for the first batch, AMC would have a briefer filming schedule and then (presumably) a briefer one for OLTL and then go into the four weeks each or whatever schedule--maybe they just realized it was easier and more affordable to start that schedule now.
