January 5, 201313 yr Member All great comments and questions. I definitely think Luke will come back and try to "love" Anna. Robert needs to be the one in this storyline but I guess they have to have Tony Geary do something. Actually I'm fine with this as long as Holly comes back and is in love with Robert - not Luke. And Ethan (rumored to return) needs to end up being Robert's son as well. I'm getting bored with GH now but I assume they're saving their more exciting stories for February sweeps and the anniversary. I guess I can understand that. Patience. See, I think this week was potentially great! The problem is the writing/dialogue. It was the same withe Anna, Duke and Robert. The potential was there, but the story and writing for Anna offset that potential. If nothing else is consistent, the writing will always fail this show with the current regime. And Carl called it at the beginning of the year, stories are sidelined midstream and then brought back when no one really cares. Don't care about this story at all, but where in the sam hell is Anna and Co.? That's just ridiculous! And not that I care about the blow up doll and Orange Boy, but it would have been nice had it not been told to us that Scott was let go because we know the outcome. I miss the soaps of yesteryear and I definitely missed the soaps pre-internet.
January 5, 201313 yr Member As far as I'm concerned, that plot point named Ethan need not return EVER. Whatever damage that showkiller Guza had done to Luke/Laura and Robert/Holly can easily be undone without him around.
January 5, 201313 yr Member So, Maxie the surrogate loses the baby, doesn't tell the biological parents and then engages in sexual intercourse with her ex-and-roommate's-current boyfriend the same night as her miscarriage? And Britt, the acting physician, doesn't phone the Falconeris to make them aware of the latest development regarding THEIR UNBORN CHILD, and in turn, goes to Patrick's stark naked in the middle of the night? This story is so disgusting on so many levels.
January 5, 201313 yr Member RS, can Brit legally do that? Walk around town naked in the middle of the night? No.
January 5, 201313 yr Member lol. No. Can she disclose Maxie's medical information to Lante? Maxie, as the vessel, can change her mind so technically, that child is not Lante's just yet? It is my understanding that Maxie's rights would come first. No?
January 5, 201313 yr Member I feel the same way. I like most of the characters, but unless Anna, Duke, Lucy, AJ, or Tracy are on, I'm not really into it. I definitely agree with this. I've missed them for what seems like forever.
January 5, 201313 yr Member I think I read the 18th on Twitter. Didn't watch, but wasn't Robert "dying" in Anna's arms? Edited January 5, 201313 yr by ChitHappens
January 5, 201313 yr Member When was the last time Anna and Duke were on??? I think December 18th. So, 9 episodes. Would be 13 episodes if new episodes had aired on Christmas/New Years. Basically two weeks but it definitely seems like longer LOL. Edited January 5, 201313 yr by KMan101

It is my understanding that Maxie's rights would come first. No? I believe Britt would be allowed to tell Lulu/Dante. Situations like that were probably stipulated in the contract Maxie signed.
January 5, 201313 yr Member I believe Britt would be allowed to tell Lulu/Dante. Situations like that were probably stipulated in the contract Maxie signed. Ok, I should have been clear. I assumed it might not be in the contract, but it makes no sense that it wouldn't be.
January 5, 201313 yr Author Member Ok, I should have been clear. I assumed it might not be in the contract, but it makes no sense that it wouldn't be. Yeah. If it isn't in the contract, I'm not sure. I know it's technically Maxie's body, but if she agreed to carry their baby, wouldn't they have full access to all of her medical information in regards to the baby?
January 5, 201313 yr Member But even with a contract, I thought Maxie's rights as a mother, who carried the child, would come first.
January 5, 201313 yr Author Member Does she have rights as a "mother", considering it's not her egg? And wouldn't that also be in the contract?
