HOLIDAY MIRACLE: Prospect Park Back On Track To Revive AMC and OLTL

  • Member

WTF!!!!!

EXCLUSIVE: Here is a great holiday gift for soap fans: I’ve learned that Prospect Park has revived its plan to continue cancelled ABC daytime dramas All My Children and One Life To Live online. I hear the company behind USA hit Royal Pains has inked deals with SAG-AFTRA and DGA for the soaps’ production, eyed to begin in the first quarter of 2013.

Agreed, separate ones for each show should hopefully cut down on posts. Though I really don't feel like hearing about RH, ME, or KA in the possible OLTL thread lol

And I'm thrilled at the "prospect" of not hearing about them in the AMC thread. laugh.png

I vote for a new thread. This one has been fun but with AMC starting production Monday I think AMC & OLTL should have their own threads now.

I vote for separate threads, too!

She's absolutely stunning. I just hope she can act and is not Denise Vasi. We forget, Susan Haskell got her start as a model, I believe, among many others.

Put me down for NOT wanting separate AMC and OLTL threads until this is all over and the shows are actually up and running and airing. This is as good a base as any for information on the entire PP effort.

Lets hope she can act, but once again it's disappointing to see a dark skinned actress replaced by a light skinned one. So common these days. It's sad to think Tika Sumpter is blowing up in primetime now, but a soap probably wouldn't hire her now. Curious to see how the other black actors will be cast, including on AMC.

I'd respect PP much more if they just got rid of the dead end character of Todd and moved on.

This is where I would add some sort of affirmative gif from Doctor Who or Supernatural. Pretend I did.

She reminds me just a little of Lisa Bonet in the first one.

She's very striking. I hope she'll do well.

you'll probably seeing more than her nipples in the new OLTL

It's not like Shenell Edmonds set the bar all that high here. So I'm keeping an open mind.

Awww laaaawd...another dark-skinned actress replaced by someone who barely passes the paper bag test. Hopefully she can act.

first acting job, seriously, I am nervous about who they are getting if they recast John and Starr
