EXCLUSIVE: Here is a great holiday gift for soap fans: I’ve learned that Prospect Park has revived its plan to continue cancelled ABC daytime dramas All My Children and One Life To Live online. I hear the company behind USA hit Royal Pains has inked deals with SAG-AFTRA and DGA for the soaps’ production, eyed to begin in the first quarter of 2013.

I'm glad PP seems to be getting a better handle on their news.

I love Frank Valentini and Ron Carlivati.

They took an extremely mobcentric show which revolved around three extremely overfatigued characters and made it pop!

Basically, they just took a look at what Jill Farren Phelps had been doing during her ten-year reign of terror and did just the opposite. The show is experience a renaissance and I love it.

If production starts in 20 days for AMC, it's only logical they announce a lot more stuff this week. Just sayin'

Actually, they are "leaking" it to a certain extent. They shouldn't be posting some of this stuff on Twitter/Facebook, etc, but they are. That's not to say Prospect Park is angry with them, however.

How's that Howarth story coming, Errol?

JR is a character that needs to be shipped off for awhile, I doubt McPherson who's as boring of a writer as it gets will be able to make JR interesting.

JY is better as Rick Forrester anyways. Smart guy staying at B&B instead of taking a pay cut and doing something that has a high degree of failure

He's not that good as Rick, to me (although Rick is not much of a character), although he's better than he was before. I don't blame him for staying at B&B though, as long as they don't fire him the way they have so many other actors.

I don't blame him for staying either. He's got a decent gig. Plus he still makes time to do the Tribute to Pine Valley events which I think is nice of him and probably provides a nice bit of change.
