WTF!!!!!

EXCLUSIVE: Here is a great holiday gift for soap fans: I’ve learned that Prospect Park has revived its plan to continue cancelled ABC daytime dramas All My Children and One Life To Live online. I hear the company behind USA hit Royal Pains has inked deals with SAG-AFTRA and DGA for the soaps’ production, eyed to begin in the first quarter of 2013.

The only real clues we have about "Angela" - who there is not a casting call for - is her mother died when she was a baby and she has never met her father. "Angela" is a do-gooder as she rejects a date with "Ben" to instead feed the homeless. I guess "Angela" could be Cassandra being bitter. Would Cassandra know whether or not her biological mother was dead?

So for AMC in casting so far we have them looking for:

JR (with the same old problems with Adam and drinking)

Cassandra (young adult bitter about romance)

Pete (young adult in line with the second to last Petey)

Little Adam (in high school. Seems mature for a Chandler)

Miranda (in high school; "I'm a freak" complex - the whole child of rape thing? or maybe she geeked out)

I just realized, isn't Sarah Glendening pregnant? If Marissa is going to be in the cast, it will probably have to be a recast.

I think she means she turns down the date with Ben so she can go feed the homeless instead.

I would have never guessed Adam and Little Miranda except for the fact that Luke talks about being there when Charlotte was born. He further adds that they practically shared a binky growing up. Unless it's new characters it can only be Little Adam and Miranda.

I assume they'll be new characters. They don't sound like any current or past characters. Though Maybe Sam is a SORASED Zane Buchanan.

That's what I thought. On The City she was an abandoned baby they found--I can't even remember if as a baby she would have known her birth mother (it wasn't Lorraine or anyone else on the show was it? I can't remember), but certainly not her birth father.

Angela is probably Cassandra even though she shouldn't know anything about her birth mom.

I also thought maybe Maya? I don't think she ever said what happened with her parents. We only know she was living with her aunt when she first appeared.

But I don't see Mariah Buzolin doing this and there's no other casting call.

Sam/Mick could be a codename for Jeffrey. Craig could be really be Matthew because he sounds a lot like what nuMatthew is supposed to be like. Leaving Carrie as Destiny.

Craig/Carrie sounded like Matthew/Destiny to me and Mick/Sam would fit Jeffrey.

I also agree it sounds like AMC is casting AJ and Miranda.

I'd love it if the other casting call was Petey.

Bianca and JR would be 30 now so it would be strange for them to have teenage kids. But then again this is the same genre that will have Alison Sweeney be playing a Grandmother soon so who knows. ,

This is one of the reasons I wish the show would do a time jump instead of picking up a year later.
