Susie Horgan is great. I dont know much about Thom, but she is a good choice. Her ATWT was flawless. Plus she has OLTL experience. Most shocking is that Marlene McPherson is in the mix for these shows. I enjoyedcthe DAYS reboot, but they werent innovative enough and I felt didnt understand how to pace stories or even episodes, which often felt slow.

Susie Horgan was HW of the Bob and Kim ATWT dvd Soap Classics released. She brought on Julianne Moore as Frannie, brought back Nancy amd Chris Hughes, married Bob and Kim. Plus the show had lots of action and a mox of comedy, drama, rich and poor. She's good from wht I've seen.

Thom Racina was a co-head writer at GH and DAYS in the 80s. I was surprised to see him on there but according to his Wiki page (I'm not sure if its accurate) he was a script writer at Y&R in 2008 as well.

Great news. SBH and TR have extensive soap backgrounds and I am sure will be great for OLTL. Marlene McPherson's name being mentioned has me a little nervous and hopefully she will stay far far away from AMC! Looking forward to seeing who is chosen for AMC.
