Well, aside from the Q's who are already dead, who is left from among the family? There's Tracy, Monica, Ned, Jason and maybe A.J. (Forget Dillon, b/c no way will we see Scott Clifton again on GH, not even for a cameo, while he's still on contract at B&B.) At the very least, then, there should be room enough for Brenda (and if she's lucky, room enough for her massive ego as well).

Edward's living family members include has his two children (Tracy & Jimmy Lee); 6 grandchildren (Jason, presumably AJ, Ned, Dillon, Skye, & Faith); 6 great-grandchildren (Maya, Brook Lynn, Michael, Lila Rae, Jason Jr., & Lauren); a cousin (Celia); as well as his various in-laws (Monica, Charity, Isobel, Lois, & Sam).

Dillion is not hard to recast and it would be wise to bring him back full time.

Monica and Tracey are there. Ned hated him and hasnt been around in years. AJ will be back from the dead, maybe. Jason will likely be presumed dead. Of those that are left, Sky he hated, Dillon just isnt happening. Brooke & Lois could return, but i do not find them as essential as Brenda to Edward really. He loved brenda, she loves him and they typically treated eachother with respect and admiration, a very rare thing from him that really only brenda and emily got.So yea, more so than his family - esp long gone, hasnt been mentioned in 20 years family and those there was just a pure hatred for.

Skye and Edward were close. Outside of Tracy, probably has been his closest living relative and he loved her. She would come back for him
