No, you're right. But the last time this relationship was anywhere near interesting enough to be in the top 10 would have been in the early 90s.

They were at one time a popular duo, but I think that stopped quite a few years back. I'd say once Sonny got together with Carly. I know the show has still played it up sometimes, and ABC even ran some promos, but I don't think the actors have tried to sell it, and the chemistry isn't there. A long time ago Jason mostly kept with Sonny for obligation, not because of any attachment.

All you really have to do is compare this relationship to something like Vinnie and Sonny on Wiseguy, which I imagine Guza watched over and over and over. Sorry Bob, no sale.
