Members dragonflies
I hope Tea goes after them, cause that kid is legally hers, she does have rights. the dna was obtained illegally and no one is going to take the word of a loony like Heather in a court of law
Members DRW50
Maybe this is why Blair will return. Tea will talk about a mother's rights. Blair will go: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aIrhVo1WA78
Members Cheap21
Im a Sam fan and that killed off any enjoyment I could have had with her being reunited with her baby. She came across very unsympathetic today as both she and Jason were selfish and cruel to Tea for no reason. Its not like Tea kidnapped the kid and held him on purpose. Members ChitHappens
I don't give 2 chits about Spam, but perhaps you guys should give her a minute to adjust. Right now, Tea is a threat. She just got her son back, and someone coming at her who once claimed this kid as her own is not welcomed right now. Sam will soon realize that Tea now has to go thru what she herselft went thru and she will feel really bad for her. I believe Sam will go to Tea (at least that is how I would write it). Members miche
^ I don't see RC writing this. It doesn't fit his "story beat" style of writing
Members ChitHappens
Yeah, Ron's an idiot so you guys will just have to imagine it happening that way.
Members rhinohide
I just want to add that I don't think it's so much emotional depth that is the problem. I think the characters clearly have deep emotions. Ron cannot write for emotional complexity at all. One glaring example is when John was waxing poetic one minute about how he had this rare connection to Natalie that was just gone now and he had no idea what came next. And then what came next came next, and it was him sticking his tongue down Sam's throat. The scenes aired on different days, and if you'd missed Monday, you wouldn't think Natalie was even a glimmer in John's faded memories. Liam either. Part of that, I guess, falls on Easton. But the writing is so incredibly disjointed that the two episodes == which basically consisted of a continuous interaction, had no seeming connection. They were completely contradictory. Members VirginiaHamilton
Doesn't matter to me, as long as I get to see her trifling ass get socked with a healthy dosage of karma. A girl can hope...
Members Ms. Chandler Quartermaine
Sam was a little bitch today. Damn you would think someone who lost their children "twice" would have a little more tact and empathy. When she said "stay away", I wanted to smack her in the face
Members Eric83
Sam was so cruel today, but lord I couldn't take Tea screeching and hollering today.
Members Antoyne
I know people hate on Flo's acting at times but I find her reactions to the situations her character is put in, to be true to life. I'd take Flo over most of the comatose actors that are left in Daytime honestly.
Members Ms. Chandler Quartermaine
And what was with Todd's dialogue, "your not getting your kid back", "your child is dead" and "your baby is gone". What the hell was taking him so long to get to the point, I know this is a soap and they drag things out, but the phrasing could have been alot better. Members Khan
IA. However, I don't believe they needed to go as far as having Sam lash out at Tea like she did. It's enough just to realize Tea has to give up a child she had formed a bond with. Anything more would be, and is, overkill, IMO.
Members DRW50
It's basically stacking the deck. Carlivati wrecked the last few years of OLTL in part because of his constant need to make Tea the martyr of the ages. He's been relatively restrained with her appearances now but I guess that couldn't last forever. He's done a terrible job bringing in the OLTL characters. I'm just glad no one I cared about showed up more than once or twice.
Members alexisfan07
Yeah I find her (mostly) true to life as well. Unfortunately that can be even more hysterical and melodramatic than a soap opera LOL. Erik Valdez and Kirsten Storms did their promo shots for the opening today. It feels so random seeing them together haha.
