I thought their relationship in the beginning was terrific, with Victor trying to reach out to him, and Adam always referring to him as "sir" in a very respectful tone. I thought that was some great character-driven stuff. I even liked some of the Sabrina stuff. I think it all went to hell when they decided to turn Adam into a psychopath. Then the bottom dropped out when Muhney was brought in and the Ashley gaslighting thing went full blast, and then all the other nonsense like Billy/Victoria, Lily's cancer, Philip faking his death because he was gay, endless Patti garbage, all the back from the deads, and on and on and on. Members Antoyne Posted August 22, 2012 Members Share Posted August 22, 2012 I really enjoyed early Adam even up to poking himself in the eyes to stay blind under Engen...but once he became a cartoon mustache twirling super villain who didn't pay for his crimes, I was over it.
