I loved her work on Santa Barbara and I think she will be brilliant on this show. I also liked Josh Griffith when he was at Y&R before so I think this is good news and something to celebrate. Jill was likely given a mandate to push the youth demos at most of her soaps, but that wasn't always the case. I mean, look at her Guiding Light - Micahel Zaslow, Maureen Garrett, Peter Simon, Maeve Kinead, Jordan Clarke, Jerry verDorn, etc were always front-burner. Now I realize MAB isn't great, but at least they're regularly featured. Then what will happen with Lauren, Christine, Nina, Paul and Heather? Not to mention my dear Jill.
