Someone can correct me if I'm wrong but seems like several prominent 80s characters have never come back. In addition to Alex Marshall and Don Craig mentioned earlier, Liz Chandler, Pete Jannings, Eugene Bradford, Gwen Davies, Chris Kositchek, and Savannah Wilder disappeared. Since they had no familial ties to anyone still on the canvas since then, I assume they also haven't been referred to.
