Kristina returning really isn't doing the character any favors. It's just gone from bad to horrible. She was disgusting in today's episode - considering using Sam's tragedy to exact her revenge on Alexis and Sonny just because they got her into school. rolleyes.gif

Omg...LMAO. Lindsey Morgan was cringeworthy today as Kristina. The way she was acting when Kristina told her boyfriend Trey about Sam e5028380.gif Just no..

I liked the Actor playing Trey though!

Ewen looks better with a full beard & not that sleazy stash/goatee. I still find him to be on the useless side but I have to admit I thought him & Liz were quite cute today.

Olivia: "How many BLT's can one woman eat? Ya think she'd drop dead from high cholesterol" LOL!! I still love this bitch ;-).

I've been away for a bit due to some family [!@#$%^&*], but I've kept up with GH, and I have to read at least some of this thread. But... Wow. The bits of promise I saw when C/V came on board are all kinda gone, I'm not sure when I've seen a more shoddy soap, or at least watched it fully. It's not even the stories, but when the AMC/OLTL babyswitch looks like Oscar winning material, I have to wonder. Carlivati never resorted to voice over explanation even at his low points on OLTL, why does he feel he has to with such a great actress as Mattson playing Webber?

I thought Trey was decent--he seemed to be a capable example of the kind of guy Frank Valentini hires. In other words once they cast him as a romantic lead, he'll be a superior (slightly) Ford from OLTL. But wait--did they actually say she was BFs with Trey? And is this meant to make her look even more stupid?

I think she's still gorgeous--and she's aged naturally and well. --she's no Madonna (and that's prob more a good thing than bad), but, as a gay guy, i think she's hot and a huge talent. I just wish she would be written a bit more subtly, or even to have two personalities--this junk is a waste on her.

When Alexis asked Kristina where she was the weeks after she left Yale, she said she met up with a grad student who I'm guessing is Trey since she also said they were working on the new "Mob Princess" reality show. I'm assuming he's her BF from the way it was written but he might just be her producer. LOL!

The Heather scenes in this episode were hilariously bad. Whenever anyone tells you about what a great producer Frank Valentini is, I hope they didn't watch this. I love Robin Mattson and I have since Gina Capwell, but even she couldn't make that bizarre walkabout/monologue tour, complete with zombie movie flashbacks, work. Tilting a camera doesn't make you edgy. It just makes you look like you're on the Enterprise. What was the point of these scenes? Just how stupid do they think viewers are? They are the equivalent of the singers who have to point at their eye when they sing "see".

    • Dallas peaked early, IMO. Maybe not a fair statement as I’m still making my way through the first half of its run, but I think it’s hard to argue to point that S3 into S4 was its high point. Back to Knots. Wrapping up “And Never Brought to Mind.” Greg’s introduction kinda took me by surprise. I low-key dreaded his arrival bc I know he very quickly gets to the center of the show, but even though they wasted no time connecting him with Mac, Abby, Gary, and Karen, it still feels like a gradual intro. The juxtaposition of the ending of the Chip story with the heating up Abby’s plotting is quite symbolic of the changes the show was going through. I absolutely cannot imagine Kenny and Ginger having any part in any of this. Yall, the Gary/Val piano theme that they pull out from time to time is my FAVORITE. I find myself humming it constantly.
    • Bloodshed is inevitable now. It’s another reason I’m glad Black people aren’t getting involved in these protests. As awful as this is, I keep reminding myself that 54 percent of Latino men voted for Trump. These people were put in harm’s way by members of their own communities and sometimes even members of their own families. Too many people decided to touch the stove.
    • Maybe I'm still in denial, but nothing about Neighbours' ongoing social media output gives the vibe of a show that's ending. In today's 'Roundup' video, Alan Fletcher referenced that production finishes in five weeks, but in all the show's posts the cast are as jovial and lighthearted as ever. Remarkably so for people who are about to lose their jobs.    Perhaps they're just putting a brave face on things, and I know they approached the previous axing with a positive attitude. Maybe putting an upbeat face on things is a collective way of showing potential backers that there's still life in the show? Or is it possible that they already know the show has been saved, and we'll get an announcement next month when filming wraps and the show 'rests'?   Does any of that make sense?!
    • A very good week for male eye candy on GH. New Michael is beautiful, Curtis's arms looked great in that polo shirt, Cody looks even more handsome with his new haircut AND we got Marco in swim shorts rocking his lovely bod and chest fur.

    • Yeah when Jamey Giddens did breakdowns for DAYS, he would sometimes state in tweets that specific things were his idea that he had pitched to Ron.
    • I don't, since they've clearly incorporated them into Tomas' storyline, and I happen to like his tattoos, but his jackets not fitting doesn't mean they're trying to cover his tattoos. The clothing overall isn't the issue; it's the fit. And I expect(ed) more from Jeresa Featherstone and her team. Very disappointed. He's the only male, overall, whose costume irritates me.
    • "And OMG, watching the scenes of Roger's return in comparison...the quality in the writing really nosedived. The stupid mask." Very much agreed.  Having Roger hide behind a mask for weeks/months, with it culminating with him swinging in on a vine at Blake/Phillip's wedding....geez.  So juvenile. IMO, Guiding Light never did a good job reintroducing major characters, either from the dead or elsewhere.  Masked balls = awful.  Amish = awful. When Reva was brought back from the dead, she should've just showed up in Springfield as Reva, and informed everyone that she had been gone for years because she felt like it.  She had a four-year fling with some dude who ended up dumping her due to disloyalty. Josh would be pissed and declare that their love is not *always* but *sometimes* and he'd act accordingly.  Her kids would hate her.
    • Agreed. The Emmys next year are gonna be a pretty tough competition and I hope we get a Days sweep lol  Not only does Deidre deserve a nomination for these last few weeks, but I also think Paul Telfer, Raven Bowens, Carson Boatman, Dan Feuerriegel and Alison Sweeney have good chances as well.
    • It’s not about a lack of faith and trust in MVJ, it’s about a a lack of faith and trust in Ron Carlivati, who I think can be very sneaky and manipulative when he wants to be.  And, all that “He’s just a breakdown writer” talk never changed my mind about anything, because at Days, it was “just a breakdown writer” that gave us some of the worst episodes I’ve ever seen.
