zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

Maybe someone will stand by while Sam's spawn is kidnapped and not do anything about it.

I hate that this twit is being rewarded with a child.

Sam is being rewarded? Id say watching a kidnapping is nothing compared to being paired to Jason and having his kid. Liz fans should be happy she escaped being saddled with boring robotic dullard and his craptastic kid. blech

why is a child a reward?

This is as boring as can be considering over the last decade there have been more kids on GH than were in the 40 year history of Sesame Street, but I don't see any connection to babies and rewards. Reward for what? Since children are the kiss of death for all female characters on GH, if anything this could be construed as a death sentence.

It wouldn't even be the kiss of death since Sam is nothing more than Jason shadow right now

Im glad she's getting one as someone thats loved Sam over the years. After whining about wanting a baby for the last 7 years, Im glad she will finally get her wish

If we think about the Sam character and how show shines when in her high heels battling baddies, the kid just closes off that entire aspect of her character. She can't battle killers, cops, and terrorists with a baby in tow. Since that is the only kind of story GH tells, I don't see how Sam fits in the picture with baby on board. Perhaps a new writer has a different take on the character, but there are just so many takes to be had when the mommy can't star in stories because she has to look after the baby (see Liz, Felicia, Robin). I guess she can be a fromtburner yenta, just commenting on the stories the way Carly does.

The question is when RC come aboard will this story line still exist?

We'll know if we learn Franco was a great guy who raped Sam out of love.

GH is most likely ending in September so it wont matter what longterm effects this might have on her

The best thing that can come out of this is the possiblity that Franco is the father.

Sam will be a terrible mother. Ick.
