When Jacob Young last played Rick, Rick wasn't really a character. He was this young, dumb guy, and things happened to him, he was stuck with the bad girl and loved the good girl. That was about it. I imagine playing the role now must be confusing, especially since characterization on B&B amounts to stark raving madness for two months followed by vanishing into thin air.

I can see why they brought him back, since they are redoing Amber's old stories, and he is also a popular soap actor. I just hope that he has a better shot than most of the other people they bring in. I also wish they wouldn't put him with Amber again.

Amber has been MIA for weeks. She has no storyline unless you count a nonexistant triangle with Marcus and Dayzee. They should have brought him on, if and when they were going to do something with her but I dont think she's even been on this month. The timing just seems so offf. Rick was brought on as a glorified Hope prop, when the perfect set up should have been the Forrester war, which seems to have been dropped

HD was NOT KKL's friend on Thursday's show ph34r.png Why didn't Brooke tell Liam that Hope saw him kissing Steffy & that's why she broke off the engagement?

Steffy/JMW looks the most flawless when her hair is pulled up. She looked stunning yesterday!

Was that it with Cassi from Big Brother 13? LOL

I am shocked at how effortlessly Owen is accepting this and moving on from Jackie. How pathetic..

I'll take Jackie/Bridget/Owen any day over more Hope/Liam/Steffy rehash. Having to listen to Brooke and Taylor defend their daughters to each other day after day has me wanting to pull my hair out. Once is enough, thank you. I'm tired of all the filler content. Why not play a "B" or "C" storyline within the same show, instead of playing an "A" story, and spending scenes having characters reacting to it? It's snooze-worry.

I agree. Liam's character has been ruined. No guy breaks it off with the love of his life, then proposes on the same night to another girl with his fiancee's ring. It's a plot driven mess that damages all the characters involved, but especially Liam's. As for Stephanie and Eric, it's a little hard to feel anything for Stephanie when she blackmails her grandson into lying about Brooke boinking him on the island, so she can finally break Ridge and Brooke up. Why Eric would want anything to do with her is beyond me. She's manipulative, devious and hasn't learned a thing from her bout with cancer, though the writers want us to believe she has.
