So...Where can I buy this? And how much? I want it so bad..

Ok, so I picked up the soft-cover version of this for $15.99CDN at Wal-Mart. They did not have the hard cover. I wasn't near a Chapters afterall this weekend, so I imagine if anyone would have the hardcover, it will be them. I assume the soft-cover has everything the hard cover would? Maybe I'll get the hardcover one too to be the "preserved" copy, because paper backs will fray overtime.

I just bought this issue and it has a hard cover.

It was at my local supermarket.

This special issue was really...special...LoL

I love how every current cast memember had their own photo shoot.

There was a few mistakes I noticed.

Like they listed Kendall as Stuart's killer.

And Reggie was listed as being 39 years old?

The pic of Susan crying backstage was very raw for me.

I also have to say that all the photos were fantastic!

I only wish Ruth would have been included in the memoriam part,

but the timing of course couldn't be helped.

All in all...if you love AMC, you gotta get this issue!

It says on the cover for stores to display this issue until 12/9/11

Amazon is shipping their hardcover editions. I received mine in the mail earlier this week.

The book is in already stores and is 11.99 i seen it in walmart. Soap Opera Digest will also be doing a magazine as well

I haven't been able to find the SOD one yet--is it out? I think the newstand date was 9/20 but they often come out earlier. I guess I just worry I'll miss it--but I think, if it gets stocked, stores keep the special issues on their shelves for a while (it's full size right? And not digest?)

It's been out for at least two weeks already.

SOD/SOW used to do these issues every season. They're basically the size of SOW but thicker. They should be on newsstands longer than any regular issue of SOD or SOW due to the publisher wanting it out for longer which they did with the seasonal issues. It's marked a Collector's Item so they very likely marked it for longer shelf life.

I can find it either here in NYC. I'm going to try a Target later this week. Walmart and NYC are not friends yet.

Consider yourself lucky on the Walmart front--though maybe I'll check ours, I hate to admit...

Got my hardcover People special from Amazon today. Also, I found the SOW special at Walgreens.

I've been sick--and while I hadn't found the AMC/SOD special anywhere, I went to a small drugstore today to get a prescription, and by chance found one copy of the SOD special--so glad. Amazon says my hardcover People shipped, so hopefully will get it this week...

I picked up the People tribute today and I f'n love it. The pictures are gorgeous, and you get a lot of short but interesting blurbs from various cast members, past and present. My favorite is definitely Bobbie Eakes, who says she's accepted and embraced "KWAK" because it only means you bitches care about her.
