Deidre Hall had special billing on the end credits for years.  She was last and it said with Deidre Hall as Marlena Evans Brady/Black from her 91 return until she got fired.  The show just didn't do it when they brought her back for whatever reason.  Wayne Northrop was actually part of the WITH credits along with Deidre when he returned in the 90's as well.

Anyway, I don't really think Chad Duell looks like Billy Warlock.  I think he looks closer to Sean Kanan, but Drew Garrett looked a lot like Sean Kanan/Steve Burton.  Honestly, I don't know who Chad Duell looks like, but there are a lot of Carlys and AJ's to choose from so he probably looks like a combo of one of them lol

I am sure I said it here before, but Sonny as a character should have ended when he left Brenda at the altar.  It would have been the perfect character arc.  The power he craved cost him the family and love he wanted as well.  Too bad Mo didn't make it big when he left.  I loved Sonny.  I still have love for him and MB, but you can't tell me 99% of what has happened with Sonny since hasn't been a dumpster fire for the show and the character.

Perfect.  I think it would have been fine if S&B got married and left together as well-even if that's more of a happy ending than Sonny deserved.  Brenda deserved it.  Anyhow, there has never been anything about Sonny that made me think long term viable romantic hero.  The (basically) one woman man thing he had with Brenda went a long way to make him likable.  Once you make him a cheating Lothario that impregnates anyone he breathes on he becomes highly unrootable especially when you pair that with that fact he's a literal criminal.  Anyway, I am not saying anything people haven't said for 20+ years, but GH just played it all wrong.   Speaking of criminal leads, I am still perplexed to this day why Jason never got his Q memories back lol.  You have to assume that was supposed to happen at some point right?

      A new day in Salem… and a new day for Days.  I like the way everybody found out and absorbed the news about John’s death, and how they all eventually found their way to Marlena’s to offer their condolences. I’m not particularly sure why they waited until the next day to tell everybody but I don’t really mind it.  We finally got Roman’s perspective! His scenes with Kayla were one of the best parts of today. I’m glad that Roman is thankful for everything that John did for his kids. I agree with posters who said that he should’ve had a scene like this with John, but I’m happy we got this at least.  Julie was used very well today too. She’s definitely the best person for Marlena to have scenes with at the moment. Hopefully, Julie continues to be there for her. And yes, I totally agree with Marlena and Belle sending EJ away when he came to the apartment. I’m curious to see what’s going to happen to his and Belle’s relationship in the aftermath of all this. And, while I enjoyed most of Brady and Kristen’s scenes, I still think the ship has sailed for them. Hopefully, the aftermath of John’s death causes Brady to finally end this thing with her once and for all.  And, I see a lot of people were wearing some kind of shade of purple today.

      Wow, I love that current and former actors are participating in this. I barely recognize Staci Greason! She looks fine, just very different. But I will be happy to hear anecdotes from her. I shipped RoJohn and Isabella hard back in the day, and I sobbed buckets in my dorm room at college when Izzy B passed. Honestly, I'm interested in everyone's stories. Drake seemed like he was well loved among the cast.

      When she first appeared, I was sure she was setting Tyrell up for a prank. She was too much of a manic pixie dream girl- I wasn't surprised Tyrell also became suspicious. Now I'm not so sure. If Jessica genuinely likes Tyrell, it seems like a missed opportunity to not have started her out as a bully, then we see her gradually catch feelings for Tyrell.  The McBrides are definitely the "C" family of BTG. They always get last priority. There have been a few times where the Doug/Vanessa/Joey characters reference off screen conversations which seem too important to not show us. Like when Doug thanked Joey for giving him extra time to pay off the loan. When did that happen? Or when we abruptly moved from Vanessa/Joey at Uptown to Vanessa/Doug in the hotel room. The McBrides don't even have their own set - even though Vanessa is a realtor. It's a shame because I am a fan of the characters and actors.

      I am also adjusting to KR as Ted but I feel that AM and MJ had way more chemistry as father and daughter than AM and KR. We saw Eva dream of having a real relationship with MJ's version of Ted for months so it's a bit of a bummer not to have that payoff with the original actor except for those scenes in MJ's last episode.  Something I noticed about Eva today is how she takes genuine delight in being a schemer. As badly as she wants to be a Richardson, she still has so much of her mom in her. It was jarring seeing her earnestly promise to steer clear of Leslie in her scene with Ted, then immediately switch attitudes when her mom showed up.  I'm very surprised with how quickly the accident story has been moving along. I was sure that it would be months if not years before people figured out it was Leslie on the motorcycle, not to mention responsible for the potassium overdose. I'm looking forward to seeing how MVJ and Guza avoid writing Leslie into a corner.  Finally, I have been loving the Articulettes story. Bonita Brisker was just the right amount of OTT - remember Sharon is supposed to be even more angry than Tracy is. If Sharon didn't come in swinging, people would say she fell flat. The way Sharon and Tracy describe the breakup is so Supremes-meet-Original Recipe Destiny's Child. I get the sense that MVJ is re-writing the Return to Love Tour as a roman a clef, and I love it. I'm looking forward to finding out what the secret they share is. If Dante Green is as shady as Berry Gordy was, it's something dark. If/when they go through with the reunion, I expect Dante to show up and claim to own the Articulettes trademark in a Lou Pearlman-esque twist.
