Fascinating and it really explains it well for anyone who knows what happened was BAD, but couldn't exactly connect all the dots as to why and what made it so bad. Since I still have a working VCR, VHS copy of Upstairs, Downstairs (season 5) episode, Laugh a Little Louder Please. Very dark episode.
