Michael Fairman has (well, had - I don't see it up right now) an interview up with Jacob Young.

Interesting tidbits include:

PP did reach out to him with an offer. Wasn't his cup of tea.

JR was supposed to unload a bunch of gunshots. They changed the script the day before.

He talks about the AMC actors having an e-mail chain to discuss negotiations with each other. He also discusses the difference between what's going on with OLTL and AMC in terms of things moving forward. He didn't really give any new insight into that from what I remember besides talking about the show being moved to L.A. and the last year or two.

That would have been much better. I dont know why they changed it.

And I had just recently heard a rumor that they are actually moving all the sets out of the studio.

Where are the sets going? New York, perhaps?

I think at that moment he was talking about what he was hearing at the time he chose B&B over AMC.

I interpreted it as a recent rumor he heard.

That might explain why the actors have been so slow to sign. Good for them. Glad to see they're looking out for themselves and each other.

It's definitely open to interpretation, J. I ultimatelty settled on him referring to the early days of PP due to the question at hand.

It depends if AMC is filming where it did or if its changing studios too

I love that Jacob Young turned down PP's offer while other AMC actors still hasn't even been contacted. LOL
