Soaps In The City?

The In Depth Story: Sources share with In Depth that a quartet of daytime actresses are shooting a pile for E! Television that will chronicle their lives in Los Angeles. The program's cast features Nadia Bjorlin (Chloe, DAYS), Farah Fath (Gigi, OLTL), and GENERAL HOSPITAL's Kirsten Storms (Maxie) and Kelly Monaco (Sam).

The show will capture footage of the women at their respective soaps studios and it will focus on off-screen lives, too. At press time, the pilot was in the process of being completed. The next step will be to present it to the network and await word on a pick-up. In Depth will let you know as soon as the series gets a go-ahead!

Nadia Bjorn was just fired from her soap, and Farah Fath's is going off the air....

But none the less this sounds cool.

I would watch if it got picked up! I like all of the ladies (Except I can't stand Storms or Monaco's characters), even Farah Fath; Not so much on OLTL, but I LOVED her on DAYS!

I'd watch mainly for the behind the scenes studio stuff, always love seeing stuff like that especially for the soaps.

More Farah Fath?...Ummm...NO

I guess she will be sticking out her finger again.

+1 Not interested at all.

Can they just make it about Nadia Bjorlin  , and keep those other girls out of it.

Nadia Bjorlin and Brandon Beemer living their crazy, eccentric lives? I AM THERE AS HELL.

Even better add Lindsey Hartley!!

I'd love a show centering around Nadia Bjorlin (& Brandon Beemer!) :)

Not to mention Fath is in New York, so IDK where they're going with this lol This would have been exciting in 2003.

She and JPL are moving to L.A. once they wrap One Life.

I was hoping OWN or Bravo would do a Housewives-type show with now out of work soap divas like Lucci, Zimmer, Zenk, and Strasser.

SFK, that would be delic! Imagine all the dirt they would reveal. Add Melody Thomas Scott and it will be gold

I hope their series gets picked up. A reality show about these actresses moving on from Daytime and trying to make a name for themselves in Hollywood sounds interesting. My only complaint is that I could care less about Storms or Fath. They need versatile actresses for the show to succeed, let alone be picked up.

Storms is the only one who has a moderate fan base outside of daytime. She was a kiddy superstar for those "Zenon" movies on Disney. And all those kids that were young when those came out are like 17,18 years old now. Core demo.

Funny you mentioned that bc Ive been meaning to start a thread about a potential Soap Wives and wanting to know who would make great cast members. For me, it would have to include Hunter Tylo, Victoria Rowell, Michelle Stafford and Brenda Dickson with 2 other soap stars that I cant decide on.
