To me Ford's biggest failing was that I never found him very interesting even when he was supposed to be a bad boy. He has no charisma and no chemistry with any of his scene partners. I think he's just dull. All that with the pizza girl. It's like watching those edits of porn films where they only leave in the "story." At least that is unintentionally amusing.

It is such a silly formula where they bring somebody in who is sleazy and up to no good and has lotsa sex (because we will not like them otherwise  ), and once they have caught the attention of the viewers they go the redemption route (because we will not like them otherwise  ). Next thing you know, said person is good and therefore boring and is replaced with the next scheming hotshot/vixen.

Haha....I think Aubrey and Ford have both grown stale and boring now that they lost their spark. Neither was so terrible that they had to go this redemption route and write them as these new goodies. Id prefer if both had a sense of an edge and written like gray characters

I hate Ford, I think he's absolutely disgusting. I want to barf whenever he is on my screen. I hate their constant attempts to redeem him and whitewash his actions. Puuuke.

You need acting talent or charisma to make this work.

I agree with the both of you. From the very very beginning, I felt like Ford was someone they were trying so hard to make happen for all the wrong superficial reasons. He was not by ay means a character that warranted a return let alone a family built around him. Even if Aubrey is now exposed, who says that she cannot go on scheming on the low? Now we get, Boo Hoo you were different I really had feelings for you, crap.

Apparently the previews for tomorrow tell us that

Ford reads to the sick kids at the hospital.

Good Lord, what's next? He brings in a stray puppy he finds on the road?

Watch for a soapy campy fun shocking soapy moment where one of the Asian girls calls herself "Kia Morf" and then turns blonde and Southern during the commercial break.

Bo carrying Matthew was almost funny as Bo rolling into the warehouse to save Starr & Hope. Almost.
