Fantasia did experience being in the bottom three... Do you remember Elton John blasting America for being racist because of it? Actually I believe the other two black girls in the competition was a part of the bottom three which caused Elton John's controversial statement. Anyway, do you remember that Fantasia laughed and clapped when she was called out as a bottom three? When asked at a later interview why she laughed and clapped, she stated something to the affect that she wasn't any better than anyone else. At least I think that's what she said. If anyone else remembers what she said verbatim please correct me.

Yeah, I remember the whole Jennifer Hudson, Latoya and Fantasia bottom three. I was stunned because Jon Peter and John Stevens were STILL in the damn competition. I think teenage girls flood the phone lines, I do. I mean in the first season, all five girls lasted through the majority of the season, and guys were first out. I'm surprised we've had so many female winners. Anyway...

I cant freaking believe Kellie continues to take #1. But actually, AOL does reveal some totals. Earlier this week, Katharine had 32% of the votes. Lisa and Bucky had like 1% and 2% so...

I totally agree. Simon was actually normal in the first season. Randy wasn't all "yo dawg! we got a HOT ONE!!" and Paula was also normal. Simon definitely puts on his [!@#$%^&*] act.

And you know, go listen or watch Season 1 again if you can. Kelly singing "Natural Woman" is fantastic. Justin singing "For Once in My Life" and "Let's Stay Together" rock and Christina Christian totally nailed "Ain't No Sunshine" and Tamyra nailed "A House is not a Home". Granted, they had bad nights too, but to me, they are loads better than this batch. We have some good talent but they are great. And I still am left scratching my head how Nikki lasted so damn long. She was the worst of the bunch. Likeable but compared to the others her singing sucked.

Lisa is gone bye bye, eh? I think she was pretty good...but guess she didnt really connect with alot of people. I actually preferred her over Paris. Katherine being in the bottom 3 was a shocker!! Ace should have been sent home too. I dont think he will last too long either. Next 3 to go in any order are Bucky, Ace, and Kellie.

I hated Lisa after I got used to her. She did those old old songs every week and was so young. That was never, ever going to work. She needed to accept her pop roots and act her age.

It was really sad to see Katherine in the bottom three, Ace too! These two are my favorties, but I know neither will win. I think I just like these two because I think they're hot. But they have good voices as well. I would buy their cds and a swimsuit calender.

I don't like Paris or Elliot and I do really like Bucky, but he won't win either. Don't like Kellie, don't like the bald guy, OH YES and I LOVE the gray haired guy. He's cute, but I've forgotten his name. I'd like to see him win, but again I doubt it.

I think Katherine is great but I don't want her to win. Firstly, the show needs a male winner and they have one now that is actually worthy of the title. Secondly, she's been in the bottom! I know Carrie was never in the bottom... ever. I don't think Fantasia was either, but I could be wrong about that.

Just get Kellie OUT!! I wish the show would promote Elliott too, they don't promote him and he is much better than Ace, Bucky and KELLIE!

Who cares if it's true? Political or religious beliefs shouldn't prevent you from voting in Mandisa. If you believe she has the pipes, don't vote in some idiot like Ace just to keep a Christian out of the running.
