Some quick additional notes: Erika Slezak, Kim Zimmer and Brian Kerwin all deserve Emmys for their work in this storyline. Erika for the last month from the day Viki learned the truth, and Zimmer and Brian Kerwin for today alone, in which they were both perhaps the best I've ever seen them, and they're good to begin with. But Zimmer went to a place I can't remember ever seeing her go - for example, I think Laura Wright learned a lot from Kim Zimmer at GL, but she never learned how to let go and have vulnerability beneath the bombast, and Zimmer can do that. She was like an exposed nerve.

But this isn't real life. I want soap opera romance with rooting value. Matthew/Destiny could've been a good teen romance. We never see romance anymore.

BK last airs next Wednesday. KZ is still around for awhile at least, and plotting revenge on Viki/Dorian.
