Judge Judy gets about nine million viewers a day. Most shows that are syndicated for weekday daytime get better ratings than soaps and are cheaper.

In all honesty...this [!@#$%^&*] ass show should have been canceled long time ago. There is no way in the world this soap would outlast soaps like GL, ATWT, OLTL and AMC. Those shows are more regal.

Stop Hating on Days. It did outlast those P&G shows and the ABC ones. The show is not lame. It wa a trensetter in the 90's

[DAYS] was a trendsetter in the 90's.

Yes, and unfortunately, theirs was also a "trend" that did serious damage to the industry and genre as a whole.

I disagree. GH started that "trend." :)

No. 90s GH was the last good era of soaps.

No they're not. Those were bland and boring and deserved to be cancelled.

DAYS, B&B, Y&R and GH are the strong soaps. There's a reason why they are still standing.

GH started the trend of stupid, crazy plots that were ridiculous with Gloria Monty's helm. With Claire Labine's era, they moved on. DAYS just got crazy.

Oh please. Other soaps tried to copy DAYS and they failed.
