The latest blooper reel is a hoot. The Robin/Roscoe Born clip at the beginning is particularly interesting as Robin has been very candid that they did not get along though she appreciated his talent.

I didn't know that.

I'm not surprised to hear that Roscoe Born and Robin Strasser didn't get along, even though the two worked so well together as adversaries.  But it did irk me a little bit to see Strasser invade Born's personal space like that right before taping their scene (and I say that as someone who ADORES Strasser).  I mean, all she needed to do was ask Born to fix his collar; and if he said, "Nah," then just shrug and carry on.  But, if you just reach out to fix it without giving him enough of a heads-up, of COURSE he's going to back away and ask WTH you're doing.  That's just common sense.

Watching these 1977 episodes that were recently posted, I noticed that Nancy Pinkerton seems to read her entire scenes from the cue cards. This is particularly noticeable in the March episode I believe where she has a few scenes with the Matt character.  I wonder if she was one of those who never learned her lines.

When TPTB at OLTL informed Teri Keane (Naomi Vernon) that her character was to be killed off - she wore a T-Shirt during rehearsal for her death scene reading "Are You Sure ABC"

That's very funny.

I wonder how quickly they decided to kill her off.

Teri never really got a break in soaps post-EON.

According to Chris McKenna (Joey Buchanan), Alice Hirson (Eileen Riley Siegel) has passed away. She was 95.

That's sad to hear. I'm glad at least one of her episodes survives. Beyond Ellen, I remember Alice from a St. Elsewhere episode (her husband, an old friend of Dr. Craig's, was getting a sex change operation).

I remember her as Ellen's mom on Ellen.
