i don’t know if anyone appreciates this or enjoys it coz it’s not in English. But I was able to buy some episodes from 1980 for a lot of money of my favorite soap in mY mother language. It’s so nice to see young Tina.. Asa, Sam etc.
There are a few missing episodes here and there but overall a great run with even a lot of continuing episodes in a row/even weeks.

I will upload more in the next few days.

I have episode 3087 and 3089 up already.

In case anyone doesn't know, Youtube can translate subtitles.  The English translation is pretty good for these.

@AMCOLTLLover Thank you so much for sharing.  It's an amazing gift.  I've always wanted to see OLTL before Rauch.

Ah that’s right. I forgot about the subtitles .. Good that it works.

New episodes will be uploaded soon. Busy work. But I have a few more to come. I really like that Samantha character!
and OG Tina

A 1986 Baltimore talk show interview with Guy Davis (along with Russell Curry and Pamela G Kay of AW).

Watching this - Guy Davis got all the call-in questions. There was clearly some level of interest in Josh and his story, although obviously Rauch didn't feel the same way. It's a bit sad knowing all these actors would be off their soaps within a few months.

I subscribe to Erika's fanclub newsletter and my heart just sank when I saw the email. Memories of Amanda celebrating her mother's Emmy wins, and stories of her studying acting at Tisch, interning at The Rosie O'Donnell Show, and so on, all came rolling back. Just last night, I had the pleasure of meeting Corbin Bleu. Naturally, I brought up OLTL and Erika, for whom he had nothing but kind words. Erika, Brian, and Michael are in my prayers.

Such terrible news to read.  My heart and condolences go out to ES and her family.

That has to be a parents worst fears.

Sending Erika and her family nothing but love and positive energy.

This year is already starting off horribly in the daytime community.

A friend of mine once said that you don't know what overwhelming, abject, and paralyzing TERROR really is, until you're faced with the potential loss of your child.

My heart breaks for this family.

I'd imagine that there is no pain worse than your child dying before you. My mind instantly goes to my great-grandmother, who was so distraught when my grandmother died that she literally went mute up until she died the following year.

I would not wish that pain on anyone. That is void that can never be filled.

Ironically, I learned all about this (in a way) when Viki lost Megan on OLTL.  That damn near broke my spirit.

As dreadful as it is to lose a grandparent, parent, or even a dearly-beloved pet (yes, losing pets can be crushing to one's spirit in a very real way), at least we expect such losses as a part of life's natural progression. Losing a child is not "supposed" to happen; you are expected to pass before your children do.

I don't know how anyone survives this kind of loss.

I would literally prefer to die, first, than to see my child perish.
