Members EricMontreal22
That's a mix up. When Ted Orsini went off the rails he hunted down Tad and Dixie in the "wilds of Canada" (I think I have the gist of that right. As a young teen I just found it amusing that they had to go to Canada to find wilderness.)
Members alwaysAMC
LOL this is the storyline that was happening when I got grounded for a week and I couldn't watch. It pissed me off SO much that I couldn't watch. I would sneak downstairs and try to watch through a mirror in the stairwell but could barely hear it. I just remember pixie-cut Dixie, in a hat, was trying to rescue Tad in the rushing river water. What memories!
Members EricMontreal22
YES the wild waters is what I most remember too. (I still can't believe they grounded you but still continued to watch AMC and wouldn't let you. Too cruel.)

Members DRW50
Thanks. I guess the only remotes for Jeremy was the action/adventure stuff with Erica.
Members Khan
Ah, yes. The Tad/Ted storyline. AKA the story where I officially washed my hands of Megan McTavish.

Members Khan
Well, folks have always said I was an old soul. Please register in order to view this content I can't remember exactly when MEK returned as Ted/Tad, but I do remember that Megan McTavish was on thin ice with me already. The quality of the day-to-day writing decreased for me almost as soon as her name began appearing first in the credits. Tad/Ted, however, was the first time that I questioned her ability to tell a story cohesively and on her own. It was just too damn misleading, creating a whole bunch of suspense - "Why do Tad and Ted look alike? Are they related? And why do share the same memories?" - that led to nothing.
Members slick jones
I received an e-mail from a friend who came across some scripts from AMC 1979. He's trying to identify the actors that played these roles so he can add them to imdb. Can anyone help? It's so sad that Danfling is no longer with us, he probably would have known. (Previously played by Franklin Cover in 1973.) Dr. Wilson - Anne Tyler Martin’s shrink at Oak Haven sanitarium Nurse Rose Mahoney -Anne’s private nurse at Christmas 1979. Members Jonathan Posted yesterday at 12:23 AM Members Share Posted yesterday at 12:23 AM By the way, why did we rename this a Tribute thread instead of a Discussion thread? I know it’s mostly semantics, but is there a meaningful difference?
