Members alphanguy74
It still can't help having this nagging feeling that Agnes has been crying herself to sleep the last few days. I agree with whomever said that on AMC, that the final scene should be Agnes looking at the photo album, then she lovingly puts it down, and turns out the light. Members Llantano Incorporated
Cheap, great question. I really feel that most, if not all, of the Fords will be gone by August. Nate and Deanna- SEE YA. Why waste airtime when every second counts? I see Aubrey and Cutter staying, as well as Kelly.. Despite his faults, Carlivati LOVES 1980's OLTL, and I am confident in some amazing returns. However, they need to really delve into OLTL of the 60's and 70's and see if there is a way to bring the show full circle, and honor this period as well. I will be perfectly happy with Judith Light, Andrea Evans, Brynn Thayer, Michael Storm, Al Freeman Jr., Jessica Tuck, and Ellen Holly. Figure a creative way to get Fiona Hutchison, and I can officially die. OLTL has the potential and the TIME to really go out on top. I have a good feeling about the show in the respect. I wonder if the show will start rewriting immediately, and how much this ass Frons will interfere. Obviously, a big part of the show through the summer will be Roger Howarth. If the show is written 3 months ahead, we would already be into late June/July. And the show still has 6 months beyond that. There is time to really be the outstanding show OLTL can be. It is now or never.
Members Cheap21
Yea and Im glad for that. Now all we need is for Frons to okay it and make it happen.
Members Soapsuds
I'll be watching. You know all the talk will be about the cancellation of the shows but they will try not to talk about it very much but the sudience/buyers will bring it up when they call in. Members Khan
Frankly, I don't see anyone leaving OLTL who hadn't been slated to leave before the cancellation. As CCCapwell mentioned upthread, it's different for AMC, b/c they were about to change HW's, and a HW'ing change almost always signals changes on-screen. Members Khan
Yeah, they'll bring it up. That's a given. Leave it to whoever hosts, though, to try and turn it into a selling point. ("Well, let me echo Jean's words of gratitude, Susan - and let me just remind everyone out there, too, how much more important it is to buy Susan Lucci's new line of skin care treatments now while they're still in stock! After all, what better keepsake to own to remind us of all those fabulous years you played Erica on 'All of My Children'?")
Members Money
If we're talking returns for OLTL, I want to see Evangeline, The Gannons and Vegas return. ABC and Frons could care less about these minority characters but they do have fans.

Members Jonathan
Susan is selling copies of her book on HSN and they are autographed, so I expect she'll sell a lot of those today.

Members Adam
Already? I think Susan will definitely profit off the cancellation. Book sales will definitely jump. Free publicity for her.
