March 25, 201114 yr Member Amelia Heinlee who is about to celebreate her 6th year on the soap, just signed a new contract according to SID. Looks like she's here to stay http://cbs.soapsindepth.com/2011/03/yr-contract-news.html#more

March 25, 201114 yr Member Let's continue promoting bad hair care and failing (or nonexistent) acting skills. +1.
March 25, 201114 yr Member She is there to remind us of the glory of Victor and Chompers, and probably because it gives some at the show a thrill to continue to oppress what had once been one of the strongest female roles on daytime.
March 25, 201114 yr Member Having seen Heather Tom as Katie give Bill and Steffy what-for yesterday, this news makes me even more sad. So, basically, Y&R is rewarding an actress who doesn't even try anymore. It is becoming a pattern (see Billy Miller, Michelle Stafford, Eric Braeden).
March 25, 201114 yr Member Hmmm...Well I don't HATE Heinle. But I'd still love to see Tom back in the role. And I'd FLOVE if they got Robin Christopher...Don't tell me she's too old. If Maura West can play a character that supposed to be 50 years old, them RC can play Vicky

If Maura West can play a character that supposed to be 50 years old, them RC can play Vicky Robin Christopher IS too old for Victoria, however, she would have made an interesting Diane. I'm not a fan of Heinle's Victoria either, but, eh, what are you gonna do? I don't think Tom wants to return to Y&R and frankly I don't think Y&R wants her back. I've pretty much accepted that, but I'd rather they recast Victoria (hey Sarah Brown is free).
March 28, 201114 yr Member I'm not sure when Robin was born...Some places say 1970, others say 1965. Either way, she can surely play victoria if MW, at 38, can play a character that should be damn near 50. Also, you're right...RC would have been great as Diane. Better than MW, I'd bet.
