MTV updated the report and said there is still no official date. Say that Black Friday release was true, I think that would be a bad idea because you're only going to get a couple of days of sales for her first week. I think the album will be released on the usual Monday or Tuesday so you can get a full week of sales.

Friday aside, its just stupid to release anything on THAT Friday. Does she really think she can eclipsed a country full of crazy shoppers? People will avoid going to the stores to buy her album to avoid the mobs. Its just not a smart idea unless she truly wants to be bold, but then again I think she has a lot more to lose if her launch sales flounder and they stand a strong chance of having that happen on BF
