I fail to see how Natalie's lies were justified - and they were best for whom? It can be argued that she was proven right with the emergence of Tess but it was her continued LIES not her sleeping with Brody is the result of Tess. It's just a very convenient excuse to give her a free pass.

The fact that she's using emotional manipulation on John by still claiming Ryder is "his" proves how selfish this chick is. If Brody wants to legally claim Ryder as his, is he now going to have two dads to appease Natalie? I can actually sympathize with Clint because he genuinely had Jessica's best interest at heart since Ford is such a despicable human being. Only a fool would willingly claim Rex as theirs, but hey, I didn't say what Clint did was right. He's getting hell for it. Everyone hates him while Natalie is throwing herself a pity party crying woe is me.

They were the best for everyone involved. John was relatively happy and able to do something besides emotionally cripple women and brood in the corner. Jessica was at peace.

I'm not disagreeing with you about her methods I just don't see this as being the same as what Clint has done. And considering how many times Viki has given Natalie brusque treatment while being fine with the murderous and out of control behavior of Todd and Jessica, I don't see it as wrong for her to support Natalie this time around.

I don't think what Brody did was even slightly arguably worse than what Clint did. Natalie is a bit more of an issue, but I still don't think it was. Clint got involved--in stuff that wasn't even his business and instead of maybe trying to help or convince them to tell the truth he meddled more. Clint is obviously a completely different person than he was when Vicki married him so her wailing she didn't knwo who he was makes complete sense (and I don't mean cuz it's a different actor :P )

Blair's been Todd's partner/accomplice in revenge schemes and crimes. Not Téa. Blair's the only who spents years whining in "noble" martyrdom to the Spencers, Johns and Kevins of Llanview about abusive Todd. Of course, after Blair ran out of whining, she jumped right back on Todd's "hot stuff" bones time after time.

Blair is the one that used Todd like her own personal attack dog/abuser against her enemies. Not Téa. Blair only gets all self-righteous about Todd's bad behavior when he's not kissing her ass and she decides she doesn't want him at the moment.

Funny you should mention the rapemance, Téa's never changed her mind about it nor how she felt about Todd. Blair went from wanting Todd in jail for 20+ years to chasing his tail all over Llanview as she decided she loved him again. What a flaming hypocrite. I get whiplash by how often Blair has changed her tune on Todd.

I give Téa credit, she's consistent.

It helps that Tea wasn't on the show for most of those years.

Tea defended Todd and went after his enemies after they got married, when he faked his DID, then when she returned, went after them again during his rape/kidnapping trial.

I think Tea just sees this behavior as typical Todd - either amusing, or proof of how he suffers.

Natalie was dead wrong for lying about paternity and she's created a mess. Time to suck it up, take her lumps and beg for forgiveness.

I enjoy dark Clint but he too was dead wrong in playing God with Jessica's life. While Jess was stressed, she and Brody were handling the possibility of Ford being named daddy in mature, united way. I was proud of Jess for keeping it so together. I think Jess could handled Liam being Brody's far better if that was the only bad news two weeks ago. But she was bombarded and felt her father, fiance and sister all plotted against her at once. She cracked.

It helps that Téa has 6 years of own her history with Todd which can be examined.

The key word being defend. That's what defense attorneys do, defend their clients whether guilty or innocent. Defend their client against enemies coming after them in court or in business. Unlike Blair, Téa's never been solely a wifey to Todd, she's always also been his killer shark lawyer. Téa, at heart is a defense attorney, and her gut instinct is to defend those she loves using whatever tricks she can and she'll walk up to that line and even cross the legal limits.

BUT, unless working to defend Todd, Téa doesn't sit at home plotting with him how to gain revenge on the Bukes, Max, etc. And she doesn't commit crimes solely to gain revenge against any enemy either. That's just not her MO.

The contrast is that Blair does routinely break the law just to get her jollies against some enemy. Blair selectively gets all self-righteous on Todd's ass as if she hasn't committed a long list of her own crimes and gotten away with them. It's a very selective morality Blair employs and makes her a first class hypocrite.

Tea defended Todd when he raped Marty Saybrooke and tried to steal his grandchild. And got him off. And married him.

She literally did not care what he had done to Marty or to Starr. What she wanted was more important. That's the difference. I think Tea's a fascinating character but in the end I think she'd sell out anything or anyone for Todd. Blair has demeaned herself for Todd in a myriad of ways, but she's never chosen him over her children and she's never stayed with him after a rape charge.

I don't see Natalie throwing herself a pity party. I see her upset, confused, sad, angry, guilt-ridden, and scared. This is still the only story Ron has gotten right this year.

Kelly bringing Natalie a pie is the height of stupidity. Does Kelly think it's charming or something? As if the Buchs don't have more important things to deal with than John's sloppy revenge ONS.

And Kelly calling Blair jealous? Bitch please. Blair's not the one chasing Aubrey's fiancee and when that doesn't work, sleeping with a drunken groom.

John and Echo scenes were good. I liked when she called him a jackass LOL.

I enjoyed the Natalie and Joey scenes. I wanted a glimpse of Liam though. He's so cute.

Dorian and Viki scenes - always great.

When did Tea choose Todd over Danielle? I can't recall one time she did that. As for staying with him after a rape charge, ALL Todd's women have done that.

Viki doesn't encourage Todd's bad actions. She rarely is included in his life at all in the past several years of TSJ's Todd. She tells him to grow up and think about what he's planning when he barges in on her. Then he mutters an insult at her or her husband, flips her off and stomps out. It's the same script every time. The Viki/Todd relationship has been nonexistent ever since Todd purposely didn't tell Viki that Tess was out again. Tess and Jessica should hate Uncle Todd for his part in the stillbirth of Chloe but that's been forgotten. She couldn't care less about what he's done to her in the past or they couldn't have her "working" for him at The Sun. Viki didn't even get to meet Dani until months after she'd been in town. Then she met her (to keep her busy elsewhere) instead of getting to see her brother while he was near death. That's how nonexistent RC and TSJ's acting choices have made the Lord siblings' relationship. Viki had no time for Todd's stupid antics yesterday. He's just a worthless, annoying jerk she's unfortunately related to.

She trashed the woman he raped, and his daughter, on the witness stand, and at that time she wasn't even involved with him.

So I see they are back to the stuff about saint Kelly and Blair not being able to compare. Once again RC is stuck in 1997.
