I think they all go together to paint a very ugly portrait. Clint and Viki had problems, but they always worked out their problems. They loved and respected each other and they were good parents.

The show's new history tells us that Viki and Clint were such bad parents that they had no idea Jessica was molested and put into child pornography, and that Clint cheated on Viki for who knows how long.

I guess this is what soaps have become though -- the past is there to be trashed, and any happy relationship was a bad joke.

I was a big fan of the Clint and Viki romance. As potrayed by Clint Ritchie, those two were a supercouple and her best match. I liked the memories preserved of them and theres no need to trash it like this by making him out to be some cheating pig which extended past that one indiscretion early in their marriage. Clint is an a-hole, mini Asa now, but they are retconning him into having been like that back then with the way they are making it out how he handled Echo and their kid. Its horrible and trashing what was once noe of OLTL's greatest supercouples from the 80s

And today Viki said she recognized some of the phrases in the letters. So he was using the same lines on her that he was with Echo? Ewwww. Makes him come across as a sleaze

I still think Joe Riley was Viki's best match and the love of her life. Clint & Viki had some fun times but I was never a big fan of CR's clunky, self-righteous and judgmental Clint. Bo was the only Buke I ever loved. I honestly adore JVD's Clint in a way I never embraced's CR's. I don't mind this rewrite that much because it's so far in the distant past and V&C didn't break up over Echo anyway. I'll be MORE pissed if it becomes all focused on Rex versus the deliciously good Viki/Echo/Clint stuff right now. I like them dancing around each other.

I think the term supercouple is way over-used by soap fans. I think most soaps have just one true supercouple. Luke & Laura for GH and Viki & Dorian for OLTL.

Boy Clint is so snowing everyone, he's known all along. I have to wonder if it were him that left the baby (Rex) at the hospital, since I think when Echo came back she wanted him to raise the baby since she knew she couldn't, and not telling anyone, Clint did this to their child. Very nice scene between Viki and Clint and as much as I love JvD as Clint, I still want my Viki and Charlie to make it. I'm not keen at all on a redux of Viki/Clint.

For the first time in a while I really enjoyed Tea/Todd scenes. Tomorrow should be good, I hope Tea lays into Greg and doesn't quit until she sees the light of day.

I don't care about Cole, he needs to go away and for a very long time.

John and Natalie Just wish I'd get more of them.

I freaking LOVE manipulative Clint, JVD is rocking the material and it's been a long time since I rooted for more Viki & Clint scenes. I want that dullard Charlie shipped off as he's the weakest link so far.

I really liked the Todd/Tea scenes, too. One b/c Tea wasn't automatically all healed, but suffered a nightmare and wasn't suddenly her over-confident self with a sure I'll jump up and defend Cole in court tomorrow self. She hung onto Todd today in a way that spoke of a woman still traumized. I liked how Todd crawled into bed and held her, they were constantly touching today which is how I'd be with someone back from the dead :-)

Marty reminded me of Hannah bananas today. Natalie = Starr to her and she's so going to snap.

I will always believe that Joe Riley is and was Viki's love of her life, and unless it was Lee Patterson, I wouldn't want them to bring back Joe Riley.

Cheap I don't think Clint was writing any letters to Echo specifically, with the fact that Viki remembered hearing much of what was in Rex's letters. Now, with the inclusion of a book, I'm guessing that Clint was the author of the letters Rex found, and Clint had copied what was in the letters from the book "Rick and Lilli's Love Letters" explaining why the letters Rex read out sounded so familiar to Viki.

I'm just speculating here, but the whole Rick and Lilli story and ordeal, I assume was just a wild goose chase orchestrated by Clint to throw Rex off about who his real parents could be, Clint and Echo.

I think that is where they are going to go with Marty to, and I believe that this is SH's exit story. Cole cannot leave fast enough for me.

First with Clint keeping Rex's existence a secret after all these years from Viki when they were married, and second of all, for Clint to deny one of his children like he has done with Rex for all these years. JMHO.

And just like the Mitch story, the endless attempts to make viewers pity Rex will be ruined by JPL's horrific acting.

I am wondering if this whole Rex/Clint thing might also cause Natalie to turn against her family. I am convinced they will blame her and not Brody for the ONS and disown her and then if Clint knew Rex was his, who Natalie thinks as a brother
