I'm really torn about Zach, because I still do care about his character and I love him and Kendall together. And I know there's a lot of people who feel the same way (not much at SON, LOL). But at the same time, I do kind of agree that he holds Kendall back....I really find myself wanting to see Kendall without Zach for good. I think it would be refreshing to see her with someone new, or really not with anyone at all, just doing other things besides being in a relationship with someone. AM has mentioned in several interviews lately, and I so agree with her, that Kendall was just fine before Zach came into her life and whenever she was single. It annoys me how these writer's think Kendall has to be with a man all the time. She really doesn't.

ITA, the show is really good most days and much better than it's been in years, imo!

Sadly, Madison has become the new Annie (from when Annie wasn't as interesting). I can't believe the idiots in charge are ignoring the chemistry Ryan has with Madison and the fact that he's less of a douchebag with her to reunite him and Greenlee.

I never cared much for Zach and I'm dreading his eventual return. If only they would just kill him off!

Krystal is a total hypocrite when it comes to JR. At least he cares enough to want to spend time with his son while she completely ignores her own kids! I did love her scenes with Angie, though. It's nice to have 2 women over the age of 35 addressing their health concerns. Maybe a menopause story will be next. :P

I'm so ready for Kendall to move on to someone new.

I'm ready for Kendall to actually do something other than be somebody else's wife and baby-oven. Oh, and incompetently try and match-make her two BFFs. Under SMG, Kendall was Erica's assistant and later her rival. There was a sense that, for all her faults, Kendall was a do-er, who worked hard and was pretty competent. Even in Fusion scenes, I don't get that with this Kendall, mainly because she's blathering on about Gweenlee and Wyan. I would love to see her get picked up by some rival cosmetics conglomerate (headed by Diahann Carroll or Morgan Fairchild. Or both! In honor of Stevie Wonder & Paul McCartney, the company could be called Ebony & Ivory) after she feels that she's not being appreciated by either Greenlee or her mother at Fusion. Annie could be brought in to do PR and that would add additional sparks. Annie is pretty much the only besides Liza who stands up to Kendall and tells her what's what. The internal and external rivalries in this business SL would be used to rebalance and re-establish the character in her own right.

Then, after that, we can talk potential romances, new or otherwise. Just keep her away from the RyLee void of SUCK.

I also enjoy the show quite a bit these days. Sure, there are some flaws, but nothing really huge which is refreshing. I am also WAY over Zach(have been since he shot Josh for Kendall's heart and proceeded to become the Sonny Corinthos Light of PV. I am ready for

to get Kendall out of the Zach AND Rylee void of suck.

Here's my problem w/ Kendall, she's lost her identity. This is a woman who should have been next in line for her mother's empire or brand. She's not Kendall Kane, or Kendall Hart, she's Kendall Slater an identity stuck w/ Zach. A character that weighs her down. This is the daughter of Erica Kane, really? What I want to happen, it sounds messed up, but have Zach cheat and then kill him off trying to save Kendall or something, anything...just get him away from her, Kendall so much in grieving and disgust that she wants to drop the last name Slater, and does what Caleb did and tells her mom she's changing it to Kendall Hart Kane. Then I can start buying her as this next generation of Kanes, b/c even Bianca is just there.

Kendall isnt defined by Zach...she's defined by Greenlee and Ryan. Everything about her since returning has been motivated by Rylee and AMC keeps showing that Zach is NOT on her priority list. I was interested in seeig her back bc I thought she was tolerablee without Zach but with him gone, the problem is very apparent and its bc she is so damn focused on Ryan and Greenlee. Cant blame that on Zach bc he's not even around. Whether they divorce or he dies, the problem still remains and wont change until she removes herself from these two. If anything Kendall ruined Zach, no the other way around. He has had to put up with so much of her crap over the years and 90% of it has been bc of her obsession with Ryan and/or Greenlee.

Whether its Greenlee, Ryan or Zach it doesn't matter. All of those characters suck. They're textbook ABC toxins that infect everything they touch. The two alpha males piss all over everything marking their territory while their handmaidens shiver in awe and tell the world what heroes they are. Kendall needs to be completely reworked to undo what she's become because right now she's an overgrown teenager, with no life, getting into scrapes all in the name of showing her friends how much she wuvs them. Unfortunately, Greenlee, IMO is unslavageable. I think her marriage to David was the character's last chance at being anything but a parody.

Zach wasn't sh!t on this show w/o Kendall. A step in romance w/ Maria that's all. Kendall came in his life and then TK's Zach was recognized. Zendall was alright but then it was burned out by Rylee/Zendall and the Zendall hour, "Da Bois" Ian and Spike getting put in the hospital at every moment, Spike is deaf, Ian has a faulty heart..etc. Kendall lost her identity in that, it wasn't Kendall daughter of Erica, it was wife of Zach, having to prove herself to Zach, and then she turned annoying propping Rylee and the neverending love, and then grief sex..etc.. again part of me wonders what were they really planning for her character, does anyone outside of this show view Kendall as a Kane woman? not really, I mean like Erica? Kendall as of now is lost as a Slater, she needs to be refreshed. If you talk to ppl who watch the show every now and then they define Kendall as one half of Kenlee more than her RL w/ Zach. But that's JMO.

If he cheats before it yes it's a start to fixing her. Ryan and Greenlee I agree are also going to weigh her down but Zach is also an anchor she needs to drop. This is about paving the way to fixing her, making her standout and if I can subtract things to make it possible then I'd do it. Yes it still isn't fully fixed but do I continue w/ the same ol' sh!t?

    • They didn't need to have some slutty gay dude as their representation. Just a 'normal' guy getting involved with another guy or two (or three). Just like the straight characters. Thinking about it, they missed the boat by not having a few other single charcters at the beginning. Maybe Naomi or Ashley could be shown meeting Derek/Jacob and  we could follow their romance. Too many characters were coupled up at the start. As a tattoo hater I was surprised to see Tomas so inked. Don't find it attractive or sexy. I'm surprised an actor would do that as it's definitely a statement and may not be appropriate for some roles. Suppose they can cover if necessary. I didn't buy Kat being all girly and then paying off Darius to get into Eva's room. Way too cliche. She should have just come along when the housekeeping was leaving and breezed in saying it was her room. And her smug looks in the hotel room and 'Now I've got you!!' talks to herself at Orphey Gene's...no.

    • I thought it got stale before Jocks death lol. His death picked things back up for me.
    • 1976 Pt 5 Tony is summoned to the reading of the will in the Llanfair library,as he’s a principal in the will. He tells Joe there’s not a chance of coming to terms with Dorian, as he is sure she brought about Victor’s death by torturing him emotionally when he was her helpless prisoner after his stroke. Ironically, Chapin hand delivers to Viki a letter her father wrote before his stroke, praising Dorian and asking Viki to befriend and support his widow when he was no longer there. Viki feels a responsibility to her father’s wishes and vows to try with Dorian. Victor’s will leaves the expected amounts to members of his family and staff, with the lion’s share of his stock and property going to Dorian. Victor’s will explains that his son Tony expressed the desire that he not be “bought from the grave,” and, in keeping with his son’s wishes, the only bequest to him is the knowledge of his father’s love and respect. Tony is deeply moved. Dorian’s first attempt to use her new power is the recommendation of Peter as head of the Merideth Lord Wolek hospital wing, claiming that naming Larry would be virtual nepotism. Peter, who has devoted considerable time and effort to helping Jenny get over Tim’s death with gentle, affectionate support, is happy at this suggestion, but Jenny points out Dorian is merely using him to hurt Larry. Viki disregards Dorian’s ingenuous assurances that she’s not trying to wield her new power but is merely putting Peter up for consideration for a future opportunity, if not this one, and tells her she won’t be able to fulfill her father’s desire that they be friends unless Dorian stops interfering. Larry, fully understanding Dorian’s personal motives, warns her he’s going to fight for the appointment no matter what. Realizing that she has made a tactical error, Dorian announces that she won’t even attend the board meeting but will give her proxy to Jim. She admits to Matt McAllister, still her confidant, that this was humiliating, but it was a necessary protective tactic. Dorian manages to win her next round at Joe’s office when, after he praises her decision to yield on appointing Peter, she expresses concern for Viki “at a time like this.” Joe, of course, jumps on her words, and Dorian, pretending great distress at having mentioned something she shouldn’t have, is “forced” to explain that she knew about the congenital heart condition Megan had and that any child of Joe’s is likely to inherit it. She overheard the doctors discussing it at the time of the accident, she continues, and naturally assumed that Joe already knew.  Joe arranges a meeting at home with Viki and asks her how she could live a lie like this; how she could go through their lives as if everything were fine while every moment was a lie. He is further upset when, in trying to explain that it was out of her love for him that she kept the truth from him, she mentions that Jim and Larry also know but Cathy still hasn’t been told. Viki tells Joe that Dorian deliberately told him this way to hurt their marriage, and she is very upset when he starts toward the door, pleading that they have always talked things out in the past. Joe coolly points out that she didn’t do that when she learned about Megan and continues out the door.  A tearful Viki is shaken and when Joe later returns, having spent several hours in a bar drinking only soft drinks, she breaks down, crying that she was convinced he’d left her. Joe assures her they can get through this despite everything, because their relation is based on love and mutual respect.
    • If you think about it, DALLAS and DYNASTY grew stale right about the same time, even if the ratings were slow to reflect that.  FC and KL, on the other hand, tried to stay fresh, but KL was way more successful at it, I think, than FC.  (That [!@#$%^&*] with The Thirteen does not hold up well, lol).
