OLTL: Tika Sumpter cast in a recurring role on BET's "The Game"

According to soaps.com Tika Sumpter (Layla Williamson from OLTL) has just been casted in a recurring role on BET's "The Game". It's not yet known what the role is for, but it's recurring and she's headed to Atlanta to tape scenes for the show. The scenes in the new episodes featuring her will air in 2011.

Definitely agreed. I'll try to Netflix her movie Stomp The Yard 2 (I wish Columbus was back for this) and then we have The Game and finally GG! I can't wait to see what's next for her. Ugh she's toxic with everyone on that show - can't wait until OLTL cuts their loss with her.

It's amazing. As talented as she is, they kept wasting her and she leaves and instantly books all these gigs. It makes OLTL look so bad. Her chemistry with Mark Lawson and David Fumero should've been enough to secure her spot on the frontburner for years. Stupid execs!
