Members DRW50
Alexander Walters was the first time I remember a soap hiring a hunk and I found him totally unattractive. I never knew why, but I did.
Members Quent
Every new writing team wants to create their "legacy family". Sometimes it works (The Snyders) and sometimes it doesn't (The Kasnoffs). The K's had several problems. One, there was no Matriarch or Patriarch figure. Two, it was built around por actors. I guess they were trying to duplicate building the family up from the hunk (Mike/Holden) involved with the heiress (Rosanna/Lily), but lightning didn't strike twice. And Sarah Kasnoff...don't even get me started.
Members P.J.
I'm pretty sure Marland had no intention of making the Kasnoffs any kind of core family. Stern and Black (?) were kind of forced into it once Jon Hensley left and the Snyders had no men left on the canvas. Once Hensley came back (and Christain decided to go Hollywood), Walters was pretty speedily ditched, if I remember correctly.
Members DRW50
I think the flop of Susan Batten's Connor sealed his fate.

Members DRW50
I put a clip of this episode a few weeks ago but I didn't realize this was the episode where Kim confronted Janice. I loved this story and especially the ending. I thought ATWT was picking up quite a bit at this time. I'm sorry that all the potential was junked for dreadful Valente and Black/Stern. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CvQFm9XsZ-c&feature=autoplay&list=ULg0RFc232paQ&playnext=5
Members antmunoz
Does anyone have the clip where Susan tells Kim, "Say hi to Bob for me," and Kim responds, "Oh, go to hell!"
Members soapfave06
I have been wanting to see that too. Kathryn said she added that in herself.
Members vetsoapfan
Nobody could fry something to the wall like our Kim. When she called someone "Pal", for example, you KNEW they were in trouble.
Members antmunoz
KIDDO!!! I've seen the scene I requested. It was CLASSIC. I can't believe it's not on YouTube. That would make me laugh every day.
Members Khan
Given their turbulent history, Kim and Susan back at odds over each other should have been fun to watch. Unfortunately, the opportunity was wasted on such a nothing story.
