Members DRW50
Thanks. "about people you'll care about" sounds awful. The main man in the ad looks scary. I wonder if people thought it was a horror show.

Members slick jones
Does anyone know who played the following characters: Sidney Baldwin [murder witness] Ginger Brown [hooker] Dr. Emerson [Connie's doctor] Craig Henderson [businessman] Chester Higgins [reporter] Billy Saxton [son Billy and Connie] Guy Sparks [flunky, Big Tony] Big Tony RC [gang member] Thanks!
Members amybrickwallace
Sad that with a few exceptions, none of them went on to real TV success. Of course, Rod Arrants went from this to a highly successful six-year run as Travis Sentell on SFT. Nancy Marchand went on to primetime success and Emmy wins with Lou Grant and The Sopranos. I wonder what the rest of them are doing now.
Members danfling
Richard Baccus is a soap opera/serial writer. Also, Christine Jones was later on One Life to Live and Another World - plus the primetime serial Number 96.
Members amybrickwallace
Yeah, and didn't Richard Backus also play Barry Ryan on RH?
Members danfling
Yes, he did. I wish that the article above had mentioned Flora Plumb and Tom Happer.
Members amybrickwallace
Me, too. I know next to nothing about her except that she's Eve Plumb's RL sis. Thanks for clarifying about Richard Backus. He also got an Emmy nomination for Best Supporting Actor for his work on RH, in addition to his Emmy nods on various soap writing teams.
Members dc11786
Tom Happer was on "For Richer, For Poorer."
Members danfling
I stand corrected about Tom Happer. (He was also on Dark Shadows.) Flora Plumb records books for the visually impaired today.
