  I can see her trying to get JR into a blue set. Poor thing. I honestly can't think of any guy on the show in the last 10 years who would be truly interested in her romantically, emotionally, and sexually. Maybe Jonathan before "they cut the bad out." Nah, Lily would have been able to outbitch her too.

lol..I think its forgotten that they once worked at Fusion together. Both were involved in the Satin Slayer stuff. Its also forgotten that there was a time that Annie was a part of Kendall's family. Bianca appeared later that year for Christmas and their daughters played with each other. Were Annie and Bianca close friends? No, but they definetly know each other

What a great episode!

Annie had the line of the day as quoted repeatedly here, but I thought Erica's line about not ordering Krystal's specials was a close second.

I liked how the show acknowledged Palmer's offscreen relatives and mentioned that they already received their inheritance. For a second, I thought Nina should have gotten Cortlandt Electronics, but she really had no interest in the business after Palmer set her up with Steve Jacobi. I liked that he left Pete a trust fund to do whatever he wanted in life and giving Opal the original Glamorama sign was perfect (I just hope we get to see it soon)!

I love the idea of Erica running Cortlandt Electronics instead of being so involved with Fusion. I agree with the earlier post that Erica's dreams of Caleb are disturbing. It would have worked better if she grew close to him while working together without the fantasies now.

I'm a little wary of Caleb being Palmer's nephew. I was holding out hope he'd turn out to be Ross instead. I can't remember all the details of the Cooney family history, but I have to wonder if this makes Caleb Dixie, Del & Di's brother and who Caleb's father will be (I'm guessing either Adam or Stuart).

    • Poor Philip. I appreciate how seriously his and Xander’s scenes were taken though. It felt like real drama and not like a big joke. You could actually feel Xander’s pain and anger. It adds another dynamic to the Kiriakis family storylines and I’m looking forward to the effects that this is going to have across the canvas. I can see them weaving Kate and Roman into this storyline as well. And it would be really nice if this somehow helped cause conflict for Stephanie/Alex too, especially because of what Alex did today. With any luck, Stephanie will be furious about it.  And I’m glad that Sarah has Maggie to confide in about her secret. I also liked seeing Steve and Shawn (and their matching jackets

) continue to be on the case. Kevin, revealing everything to them is another interesting turn in this storyline. Plus, it seems the writing has improved for Shawn as well.
    • TBF, I don't think we've seen her interact enough with the "have-nots" to know if she is or isn't. It's possible, but I don't think you can say that from her interactions with Eva and Silkpress.
    • You're right - though I did confuse his name with an actual actor who was on Dynasty.

    • "Might" is not "is". And I was talking about the specific case about her attitude to Eva.
    • But she can still be a priveliged elitist. She might have the same attitude to anyone from 'the wrong side of the tracks' whether they had an agenda or not. Nicole seems to be an outlier in her family. Her parents, kids and sister seem to think themselves above reproach.
    • Damian's clothes have definitely been a specific look -kinda reads 70's pimp to me . I guess it's a trend?? but it seems more suited to Holden. JR is 51  and I guess Damian is supposed to be a little younger but it looks a little odd on him in my book. But at least they're trying. The men's clothing has been bland/generic for years-either suits or basic casual stuff interchangeable  b/w them.
