Watching on SoapNet now, pretty good ep so far. Lovin Annie today! And I agree with AMS, her and Scott are a much better pair.

Same here, I guess it's because I have my DVR set to record First Run episodes only and this one was supposed to air yesterday.

I agree that it was a great ep

Loved when Greenlee was talking to that Erica picture. She is feeling soo guilty. Every little thing is coming back to haunt her, LOL Emma asking if Erica was going to be there, Emma telling Greenlee that she wished Erica was there cause she gives the best presents, haha. But David to the rescue, clearing everything up. That was smart of him to pretend that Erica left a present outside just to make it seem like they had nothing to do with her disappearance.

I didn't get the point of that scene where Madison spilled coffee and then changed her shirt. I mean, it made sense..but why did it even happen?? lol, and she never even continued on with looking for a present for Emma!

LOVED Angie today! I hope the double date with her, Jessie, Greenlee, and David really does happen, that should be fun!

Finally some Annie/Greenlee scenes! Also loved the little Frankie/Madison interactions (we need more of those~~).

I liked Marissa asking David for advice, but my question, will David really help her? I mean, after all, he doesn't even want Marissa to be with JR. For all we know, he'll steer her right into the opposite direction.

I didn't like the episode. Jesse and Angie's conversation was repetitive. I didn't understand that random kid getting brought in the ER. I guess we'll find out next week. I also didn't get why Madison had to change her shirt. Was there a scene that was cut out? I also found it strange that Emma had an adults party.

^^^ That was Emma's 2nd party, they said in the beginning of the epi. how she already had her party w/ her kid friends, now she wanted the grown up party for the presents. Remember she was brought up believing she is the princess Emmaline and that castle is hers too.laugh.gif

AJ and Emma went to the other's parents I FLOVED that. On one side you had AJ all happy around Annie and JR was loving it, he just didn't want anyone to notice it. And then Emma side steps Scott for a JR hug.wub.gif

Jannie is so hot..even thier kids believe in themlaugh.gif LOL how Marissa was telling Scott 'she's playing you fool' Yes she is, but thank god b/c it got her into the house. What a fun episode all around. Cheap21 you capping?

Haha, it was stupid for David to show up at a party for Ryan's daughter. For one he hates Ryan and has no history with Emma. Not to mention, he doesnt even know her mother, outside of that time he found her crazy in his home. I dont even know why he bothered showing up as he only made himself look more guilty

Nope, unfortunately my internet cut out during the show, so I couldnt

yes especially since there are kids on the show. Where were Kathy and Jenny? Wasnt she supposed to be BFF with her? I also noticed that Emma got deSORASed a year. She should be 8, but just turned 7, making her closer in age to AJ

I also thought this was a terrific episode!

The Chandler family post-Adam has been really entertaining so far, but I agree it would be better with Skye coming back. I don't hate Scott & Annie, but I'm rooting for Annie & JR as the end result. This should be an entertaining triangle at the very least. I think I'm alone in wanting Marissa to turn to Scott and make this into a quadrangle, but with David helping her, that might be the kind of advice he gives just to keep her from reuniting with JR!

I love the idea of Angie & Jesse having to be civil through a meal with David & Greenlee! I also liked how Greenlee has been showing some guilt about Erica's disappearance even though she wasn't directly involved. The entire birthday party was much more fun than I expected. In a way, I'm glad the kiddie party was held offscreen so we could see the adults interact. Marissa once again showed a little backbone against Annie, now she just has to work on keeping it permanently! Greenlee's appearance showed just how vulnerable Annie can be since she obviously still feels betrayed by her ex-husband Ryan (and justifiably so, imo). David conveniently bringing a present from Erica was a laugh out loud moment for me.

I think the point of Madison changing her shirt was to show that she had her luggage at work since she has no place to stay (I'm unsure why she didn't take Ryan up on his offer to stay free at the casino though). It sounds like she's going to stay in Fusion's hospitality suite (I'm assuming at the Valley Inn?) for one night anyway before the launch party.

David should have had sent the present via a messenger. Erica would NOT just leave a present on the porch. If she's there she would have made an entrance.

I think the random kid being treated has to do with the spoiler coming about Angie.

Exactly. Emma and Kathy became friends when Annie was living at Wildwind with Julia.

Anyway, what 8 year old 7 year old child would want a birthday party with nothing but adults? It made no sense.

Then again, Emma's been 7 for three years now, so...

But what was with all the secrecy about it? I'm not disagreeing, but it just seemed a lot over a change of shirt. All shifty eyed and surreptitious.

I can understand not making an entrance since the idea is she's in hiding from the scandal... but yeah. It would've been messengered. And it would've been better if it was delivered before or after David arrived. Having David walk in with it was just stupid.

    • They didn't need to have some slutty gay dude as their representation. Just a 'normal' guy getting involved with another guy or two (or three). Just like the straight characters. Thinking about it, they missed the boat by not having a few other single charcters at the beginning. Maybe Naomi or Ashley could be shown meeting Derek/Jacob and  we could follow their romance. Too many characters were coupled up at the start. As a tattoo hater I was surprised to see Tomas so inked. Don't find it attractive or sexy. I'm surprised an actor would do that as it's definitely a statement and may not be appropriate for some roles. Suppose they can cover if necessary. I didn't buy Kat being all girly and then paying off Darius to get into Eva's room. Way too cliche. She should have just come along when the housekeeping was leaving and breezed in saying it was her room. And her smug looks in the hotel room and 'Now I've got you!!' talks to herself at Orphey Gene's...no.

    • I thought it got stale before Jocks death lol. His death picked things back up for me.
    • 1976 Pt 5 Tony is summoned to the reading of the will in the Llanfair library,as he’s a principal in the will. He tells Joe there’s not a chance of coming to terms with Dorian, as he is sure she brought about Victor’s death by torturing him emotionally when he was her helpless prisoner after his stroke. Ironically, Chapin hand delivers to Viki a letter her father wrote before his stroke, praising Dorian and asking Viki to befriend and support his widow when he was no longer there. Viki feels a responsibility to her father’s wishes and vows to try with Dorian. Victor’s will leaves the expected amounts to members of his family and staff, with the lion’s share of his stock and property going to Dorian. Victor’s will explains that his son Tony expressed the desire that he not be “bought from the grave,” and, in keeping with his son’s wishes, the only bequest to him is the knowledge of his father’s love and respect. Tony is deeply moved. Dorian’s first attempt to use her new power is the recommendation of Peter as head of the Merideth Lord Wolek hospital wing, claiming that naming Larry would be virtual nepotism. Peter, who has devoted considerable time and effort to helping Jenny get over Tim’s death with gentle, affectionate support, is happy at this suggestion, but Jenny points out Dorian is merely using him to hurt Larry. Viki disregards Dorian’s ingenuous assurances that she’s not trying to wield her new power but is merely putting Peter up for consideration for a future opportunity, if not this one, and tells her she won’t be able to fulfill her father’s desire that they be friends unless Dorian stops interfering. Larry, fully understanding Dorian’s personal motives, warns her he’s going to fight for the appointment no matter what. Realizing that she has made a tactical error, Dorian announces that she won’t even attend the board meeting but will give her proxy to Jim. She admits to Matt McAllister, still her confidant, that this was humiliating, but it was a necessary protective tactic. Dorian manages to win her next round at Joe’s office when, after he praises her decision to yield on appointing Peter, she expresses concern for Viki “at a time like this.” Joe, of course, jumps on her words, and Dorian, pretending great distress at having mentioned something she shouldn’t have, is “forced” to explain that she knew about the congenital heart condition Megan had and that any child of Joe’s is likely to inherit it. She overheard the doctors discussing it at the time of the accident, she continues, and naturally assumed that Joe already knew.  Joe arranges a meeting at home with Viki and asks her how she could live a lie like this; how she could go through their lives as if everything were fine while every moment was a lie. He is further upset when, in trying to explain that it was out of her love for him that she kept the truth from him, she mentions that Jim and Larry also know but Cathy still hasn’t been told. Viki tells Joe that Dorian deliberately told him this way to hurt their marriage, and she is very upset when he starts toward the door, pleading that they have always talked things out in the past. Joe coolly points out that she didn’t do that when she learned about Megan and continues out the door.  A tearful Viki is shaken and when Joe later returns, having spent several hours in a bar drinking only soft drinks, she breaks down, crying that she was convinced he’d left her. Joe assures her they can get through this despite everything, because their relation is based on love and mutual respect.
    • If you think about it, DALLAS and DYNASTY grew stale right about the same time, even if the ratings were slow to reflect that.  FC and KL, on the other hand, tried to stay fresh, but KL was way more successful at it, I think, than FC.  (That [!@#$%^&*] with The Thirteen does not hold up well, lol).
