Well, it's not because they're Black.

It's because they're not between the ages 12 and 29.

Cornelius is 28 years old, which is younger than Chrishell, Vasi, Melissa Claire, and J. Young by a year or two or three, only slightly older than Gatschet, and younger than (by a country mile) major players Budig, Minshew, Mathison, Goldin, and others.

It's because he's black.

And it wouldn't be the first time either. Michael B. Jordan was still pretty green throughout his AMC run, but now, on Friday Night Lights? He's grown into a great young actor, and who knows, maybe we would have been able to watch that growth happen on AMC. But nope.

I didn't mean it word for word, and she asked any young children...he didn't even acknowledge that he had a son. But thanks for clearing that up.
