Frons likes to pretend Jessica doesn't exist and seems to go out of his way to keep BW in mental illness stories where she can be his cookie-cutter bitch/bedhopper. The inclusion of Tess is no surprise.

That being said, I do look forward to seeing Viki with another honored daytime queen, and Blair with Tad.

Because of the crappy, overexposed characters they chose to feature (outside of Viki, and perhaps Blair). Like Rex for example.
