April 24, 201015 yr Member Thank you for that, Angie. Apparently I can't view it because I'm Canadian Oh, gawd. You and Eric... what are we gonna do with you Canadians?
April 24, 201015 yr Member Wow, that really got to me. It was very touching. Not to be all Monday Morning Quarterback, but I knew there was something "special" about Adam and Erica's scene... and come to find out it was the last scene DC taped makes me even weepier! I'm just glad he's back here in Connecticut! HA! :P to all y'all!

April 24, 201015 yr Member I haven't seen the episode, did they do anything special to commemorate his exit? Like flashbacks or pictures or anything? David Canary is a consummate gentleman and professional, he'll be missed.

David Canary is a consummate gentleman and professional, he'll be missed. They had a few flashbacks. It was a nice episode but not really a retrospective of the entire character. All the flashbacks were Adam/Brooke. But what was nice is he didn't die or fade into the woodwork. Adam and Brooke live happily ever after off camera. It's a shame that these shows have websites that could offer so much ancillary material like flashbacks and in depth retrospectives. ABC.com's AMC page probably could have dug up three hours with of clips for Palmer and Adam, which since they could not really fit into the show would have made a visit to their site an entertainment experience in itself. Or soapnet.com maybe. Why not an indepth look at Adam and his wives or Adam and Brooke or something like that?

April 25, 201015 yr Member Awesome Not only is he the best actor around, but he is a humble man and I adore him. I can't imagine AMC without him. This show is in a deep enough hole without losing him. I know it was his choice to retire, but if they hadn't moved to L.A., I feel he would have stayed for many more years. Loved all his castmates talking about him and sharing the love. I also cracked up at RPG's comment (I always wondered about him ) and WW's reaction
April 25, 201015 yr Member I'm glad that they released those scenes from his behind the scenes farewell. I hope that they do a compilation of David and James' more famous scenes and put them on YT.
April 25, 201015 yr Member Apparently I can't view it because I'm Canadian If it makes you feel any better, they don't let us Brits (well, temporary Brits) view it either.
April 25, 201015 yr Member And don't forget French Not even English as a mother language, bad foreigners
