S&K said they're planning on rebuilding the Cortlandts. I'm guessing that they're going to recast Petey sometime very soon, so having Kennedy there wouldn't be such a good idea. I'm sure some mention will be made of Petey's absence.

Sounds like S&K are directing the story that comes from Palmer's death, while LB merely wrote the tribute episode.

It should be the same week that Adam leaves. Palmer's death is what prompts him to leave town(yet his brother's death barely had much impact )
