So it hardly seems like the right time for a masquerade ball where ANYTHING CAN HAPPEN, right?

And yet -- the costume party is set for this Thursday, and we can't wait to see what goes down.

This ought to be another BOTCHED "event" from this horrendous writing team at Y&R.

And Eww, did they get the costumes from K-Mart? Even ATWT had better costumes when they did their special episode a few years back.

Y&R did an epic masquerade ball in the early 90's, the costumes back then were much better looking than this trash.

And WTF?!? Why are they holding this at the Athletic Club? What the hell happened to the Colonnade Room set they last used for Sabrina/David's double murder in 2008?

Everyone is wearing boring tuxes or dresses and then cheap looking masks. I don't really see what the point of this is other than wanting someone to wear a mask for dramatic purpose. Why not just have it revealed that Genoa City was the birthplace of Zorro and have everyone to a We Love Zorro day.
